The week of my daughter's Sweet 16, I was told things like the food were never included, despite discussing them prior. The staff member who was supposed to assist on-site during the event never even showed up. I ended up doing far more work than expected for the price I paid. The space is nice, but the poor communication and lack of follow-through made for a very disappointing experience.

I did a bride's makeup back in September of 2018 onsite in their bridal suite and knew that I wanted my wedding here! Now come February 22nd, I will. The place is absolutely beautiful and affordable, which was huge for this bride on a budget. It's the perfect venue not too far from the city for any rustic style wedding/event. I love all the new upgrades they have done with place, especially the new barn color (was red and is now the most perfect light blue color). I was a big fan of the benches, which they no longer have. But either way, that's something miniscule. There's also several affordable all inclusive packages to make your wedding planning 100x easier. If you're looking for a venue that won't be hard on your pockets for a rustic/country themed wedding/event THIS IS THE PLACE!

The venue is super cute and was a great space for the 35 guests who were in attendance. Shana was incredibly easy to work with and allowed me to have a great party without worrying. This was the first time I had thrown a big party outside of my home and I wanted to make sure that everything was great. Well, Shana helped make that happen. I let her know how I wanted things laid out and she made sure everything was set up according to the plan. At my event, I didn't have to worry about details like emptying the trash or ensuring the bathroom was refreshed...Shana made sure that was taken care of so I could just enjoy myself and my guests. It was also nice not to have to clean up once the party was over She also offered recommendations for a bartender (which I used), caterer, DJ and other services which was super helpful. I'd definitely recommend hosting your special event at Kitspa. You'll have a great event and a wonderful experience!

The owner stayed the whole time but you barely noticed and she was helpful when it was needed. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a event space.

As a business owner myself, I understand how difficult it can be to find reliable, hardworking employees. However, your team goes far beyond that. Wayne Cooper, Ryan King, Katie Brague, Ryan Pridgeon, Blane Graham, Emily Hewgley (who we miss very much), Jessie Roths, and your newest addition to the team, Ashley Tratchel, have exceeded all of my expectations -- not only in customer service, but also in professionalism, work ethic, attitude, patience, cleanliness, problem-solving, and overall dedication. I am sure there are many challenging days behind the scenes, but from the customer's perspective, they handle everything with grace and professionalism. Since I have been coming here, I have never witnessed signs of discomfort, stress, or bad attitudes, even during the busiest times. If someone is unavailable, they always make sure to follow up in a timely manner. The effort they put into caring for and supporting every member truly shows every single day -- and I am not exaggerating. Walking through the doors and hearing someone say, "Hi Gaby," genuinely brightens my day. Many times, that friendly touch is exactly what I need before starting my day. They are truly an example of what a dream team should look like. This not only reflects an outstanding staff, but also strong leadership that clearly knows how to support and care for its team. I sincerely appreciate every one of them, and I hope this recognition reaches both the company leadership and the entire office. They are absolutely an example to follow.
