Love their service! I can't tell you how many times I've booked an Uber to the airport in the early a.m. only to have the reserved driver cancel on me at the last minute. Talk about stressful and annoying! (Yes, I have complained to Uber.) You need reliability when you have to get somewhere. Venture's drivers are always professional in how they act, drive, dress and treat the customer. Venture Limo is by far the best company I have ever used (I use mainly for to and from SFO-Los Gatos). They are professional and very friendly at the same time! They arrive on time (and I am usually running a little late), but are never annoyed to wait. The booking system is easy and reliable with email and/or text follow-up/reminders. I also use them to pick up my college-age daughters from SFO on late night arrivals and feel very comfortable using someone I know rather than having my girls in a random Uber?! I use yelp enough to know that this may seem like one of those fake sounding 'to good to be true' reviews, but it is not! I'm pretty picky about things and I love this service! read more

I hired this company for a 3 day corporate event for a group of 100. Services incude airport pickup and drop off, transportaton to dinner and transportation to a local concert in San Jose. The overall service provided was unacceptable. They were unprofessional and unreliable. Issues included: Drivers not knowing the area thus delaying our arrival One limo driver put our guests in danger; he stop the vehicle to let our guests off and then started driving again without warning. After this disaster of an experience, I emailed the owner Mani with the experience and his response was and I quote - "I did use different company because of our availability but didn't know you guys had this bad experience". Apparently, this company sub-contracts to other limo companies. I was not informed that they did not have enough flleets to accomodate our group size when I hired them. If I had known I would have hired another company. The drivers that showed up were unprofessional and did not know the area, even though Mani (the owner) claims they are local drivers. Mani and I went back and forth for severals days over the issue and our experience. I asked for a discounted bill. His offer was $100 off - what a joke! DO NOT hire Venture Limo, especially for corporate events or events with a large group. read more

I was horribly disappointed by this company. I had booked with them to take me and my bridal party to my wedding venue. It took us about 10 minutes to head down through the big hotel in our dresses and meet the limo driver outside of the hotel's parking lot and the driver seemed extremely irritated and impatient when we finally got to him. I apologized for being late and seeing that he knew this was my wedding day, I thought his attitude would get better but unfortunately did not. The worst part was that the ride to the venue was up some curvy hills, and he was driving EXTREMELY fast. All of my bridesmaids and I noticed it, and we told him to slow down through the open window a few times but he ignored us. Somehow the address got mixed up and he drove about 2 minutes further more up than the venue was, and when we told him he got even more impatient and angry and starting driving erratically down the hill. NOT ok at all. When we got to the venue I asked him to wait a few minutes so we can take pictures with the limo and he opened up the hood which was emitting heat on us, and it was already 110 degrees in the heat wave weekend. When I asked him to close it for just a few minutes and turn off the car, he ignored me again! A few days later I got the final invoice charging me for an extra 1.5 hours! After the horrible service I got on my wedding day, this was ridiculous as the driver did not one time say anything about overtime and we weren't even in overtime. I spoke to the manager about the overtime, and told him I was going to call him about the driver regardless and talk to him about his attitude and unsafe driving. He called me back the next day saying he spoke to the driver and the driver said he was not giving us attitude and not driving too fast and the only thing he can do it take off the overtime. Of course the driver wasn't going to admit to it! But all 8 of us noticed the attitude and unsafe driving conditions we were put in even though we were trying to get past it and enjoy our day as much as possible. That was completely unacceptable ESPECIALLY the unsafe driving part and I would not recommend booking with them. read more

The best car service I've ever experienced from beginning to end. I planned a 50th Birthday for a friend. Rick responded to my questions promptly and was very professional. Everything went PERFECT! He arrived at the restaurant right on time. The ride to our party destination in Fremont was the smoothest ride ever.
