I had a great experience with this company. I originally reached out after noticing condensation…read moreinside my dryer and throughout the vent connections, and I discovered that the exterior dryer vent flap was being held open. They were able to get me scheduled within the same week, and scheduling by text was very easy and flexible. There was also some confusion between the price listed on the website and the current service price, and I really appreciated that they honored the advertised price. The technician arrived promptly, thoroughly inspected the vent and explained exactly what was causing the issue. He confirmed that the existing exterior vent did not need to be replaced, cleared and lubricated the flap so that it could open and close properly and showed me photo documentation of the vent. He also installed a vent defender as an added preventative measure to help keep birds and other pests out. The entire appointment took less than an hour. He was thorough, patient and very good about explaining what he was doing and why. I really appreciated that the focus was on fixing the existing vent rather than unnecessarily replacing it. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend them.

Long story short, Alec K was very professional, not pushy, friendly, did good work, and cleaned up…read moreafter himself. Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

It was hard to justify, but I figured this was a permanent solution to my problem. The guy told me we will never have birds in our vents again. Nope!! Within a year, one of the vent covers fell off because it was not properly attached. I blew it off and didn't want to bother the company, but then we started to smell dead animals because the birds were getting into my vent system. Then another one recently fell off. I called the company and I felt that they should reattach those covers as a good faith gesture, especially since they charged so much.. They admit that their covers are brittle and they said they will charge $250 to come and fix what they did not properly install. Stay away from this company. They charge astronomical prices and install inferior products so that you have to call them back and they can make more money off of you. Manipulation and denial of responsibility at its finest! I will be contacting my attorney and I will make sure that other people do not work with this company.

I received an entirely new system from Arce(RC). Here's my objective analysis as best I can make…read moreit. Salesman: Good guy, answered all my questions, worked hard for my business, continued to answer my questions, post install. Installation team: Very kind, respectable, friendly, efficient, and everything went smoothly. Financing: This is where I'm frustrated. Was we were finalizing details of the new system we got to payment and financing. I intended to pay half cash and finance the rest. I searched and learned that Trane (the brand I chose) had a promotion for 60 months 0% interest. This is a great deal. I asked about that deal and the Salesman, Shayne, talked to his boss. He came back and said they weren't partnered with Trane in that certain way so they couldn't offer that deal. Understandable. I accepted that. I was offered and accepted 15yrs @ 9.99%. I intend to pay this off much quicker. Almost 2 weeks later, I get a flyer in the mail from Arce(RC) offering those same exact terms, but through a different bank/partner. I felt cheated. I estimate I could've saved between $800 - $2500 on the life of this loan. That's REAL money. Shane went to his boss and his boss knew full well this promotion was going to drop soon, but couldn't offer me these same terms. I have OUTSTANDING credit. Do promos come and go? Yeah. But I don't buy that I couldn't have been offered this deal because of a date technicality. Again, objectively everything else in this process was great. But this made me feel more like a number and less like a valued customer. I would still recommend them for their workmanship, but be very cautious. Push for the strongest deal possible. Don't let them convince you they can't make a deal. They're lying.
