Meat lovers pizza?

Must be under new management. 2nd time in a month the pizza was worse than frozen pizza. They're phone hasn't worked well in a month and they know it. Been getting pizza there for over 5 yrs. NO MORE

Cheese Pizza

It took over an hour to get here-- and we live very close. I should have taken a pic right when it got here but I didn't think to. Our cheese pizza was quite pale- a little undercooked. I might try this place again since it's close but I wouldn't go out of the way to get here. Maybe dining in, it's better.

I'm sorry to say this was the worst pizza I've ever had. Salty, canned mushroom just gross. Not normal. Better off with dominoes.

The food is good. The service is good too. Pricing isn't bad either. Gave it a 3 it's not the best but it's also not the worst.

Horrible pizza. Way to greasy. Toppings fall off when you pick it up. Bread is plain, no flavor.

Ordered the Large pepperoni pizza. It was really good. It's New York style, which I love. Can't wait to order something new next time.

Our server, Kalee stopped by right away to greet us and take our drink orders. We spent some time catching up with our friends and Kalee gave us all the time we needed. We ordered the Tuscany Road Trip appetizer. It had a nice presentation and was real tasty. We all ordered our entrees and my wife and I had the following: Starters: - Caesar Salad - Texana Soup Entrees: - Beef Ravioli - Spaghetti Ragu with side of meatballs What did we think of the food? The presentations were top notch. The serving sizes were good. The Texana soup was nice but I'd like to see it have a bit more of a savory flavor. Maybe a bit of salted butter? For me personally, I'd add a bit of red pepper flake. The Caesar Salad was really nice. My wife said her Beef Ravioli was nice but she didn't expect it in a brown sauce. She said she likely missed that when reading the menu. The Spaghetti was okay. Nothing special in terms of the sauce flavor. I took half of it home. To take it up a level, I sautéed fresh chopped garlic in some olive oil with a bit of red pepper flake, the added the pasta and meatballs and simmer with the lid on. Turned out really nice. We shared a slice of Lemoncello cake for dessert. It was moist and real tasty. I want to call out the service here. It was excellent. Kalee was helpful with the menu, with our orders, with checking in on us. Overall great service. Though we thought our entrees were decent but could be improved, we liked the new space and service a lot, so we'll try other entrees at Zeno's down the line.

There's a hallway to another room, which could have been another business, but no one was in there... and the hallway was kinda blocked by stacks of boxes. I can not tell if it was additional seating or not, but it was very uninviting. While not necessarily rude, the lady at the counter was not welcoming, and appeared to be in a huge rush. The kitchen seemed to be in a state of chaos with several people screaming at each other. As it was us and one other couple, there must have been tons of call-in orders or something... but we seemed more like we were in the way, rather than they appreciated our business. The philly steak grinder, unseasoned with a 1/2 melted piece of provolone thrown over the top (see pic), which would rate a 2. The kids garlic butter spaghetti, was super garlicky... not my preference, but not a big deal. The pizza wasn't cooked through, and was soggy and greasy with no color on the crust at all... 2 stars. There's nothing to say about the Caesar, and the Tiramisu is the same Lisanti frozen product you can get at every Italian joint in the county. There's nothing here that warrants the return drive. 2 STARS

I give 5 star reviews only to those places that I feel worthy of such. I must leave the restaurant…read more"sick full" as I tell my husband, because I have eaten so much because it's sooo good We were hesitant to go here after seeing all the iffy reviews from people. I felt the need to make sure it is known that this place is the real deal. There was nothing "Lisanti Foods" about Pronto's food. Bread- homemade, light crusty outside, soft medium dense on the inside. Came with a nice fresh garlic /herb oil for dipping. Salad was fresh with tomato and cucumber, red house dressing that was flavorful and thicker so it stuck to the lettuce well. Crabmeat stuffed mushrooms with Vodka sauce. You could taste the crabmeat, every mushroom was stuffed well, not dried out at all, and the sauce was plentiful leaving plenty for dipping bread in :) Trio platter with Lasagna, Fettuccini Alfredo and Ravoilis. Tomato sauce was against nice thicker consistency and had a good flavor. Monte's Special- Rigatoni with chicken, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms, with a creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Again sauce was thick and creamy and you got a generous amount on the dish, truly no need to stir it. Tiramisu was a nice big square with chocolate drizzled on top. The owner said she makes it homemade each week... um it's amazing! I could only eat one bite and had to take it to go. I really can't say enough fantastic things about this place. We're food people. We like to eat. And I'm opinionated, if a place sucks I won't leave a nice review "just because". So to those who had a less than 5-star experience, I feel sad that you didn't have what we had, because man it was good!!

Sauces were good but the cheese in the ravioli was a little funky. Past cooked well with the Lasagna having a nice meat filling. Garlic rolls given at start of meal were very good; hot, buttery and good garlic flavor. The only true negative was the night manager on duty at the register; she bordered on rude to customers and employees alike. The server was great and the entire place was clean.

Since we had already enjoyed a large lunch, we decided to keep dinner light and ordered the minestrone soup, Italian wedding soup, and garlic cheese bread, along with the bread served with the meal. Both soups were absolutely delicious! They were hearty, flavorful, well-seasoned, and tasted wonderfully homemade. What impressed us most was learning that each soup is made fresh to order. In fact, we had asked to sample them before deciding, but that wasn't possible because nothing was sitting around waiting to be served. Now that's fresh! Our waitress happened to be the owner's sister, which added to the charm of this family-owned establishment. If you're looking for a casual spot to enjoy authentic, home-style Italian cooking, the kind of food an Italian mama would make in her own kitchen, Bella Italia Bistro is definitely worth a visit!

We've…read moregiven this place four chances, hoping each visit would be better, but unfortunately this last experience will probably be our final one. The food has been mediocre at best, especially considering the prices. On my most recent visit, I ordered the ravioli and received three large ravioli for $17. The sauce arrived piping hot, but the filling inside the ravioli was cold. Overall, it tasted more like something that had been frozen and reheated than a freshly prepared dish. My husband ordered the antipasto salad, and the ham was noticeably gray and tasted off. We sent it back because it didn't seem right and it ended up upsetting his stomach. To be fair, he had ordered the same salad on a previous visit and enjoyed it, so this may have simply been an off night. The bright spot was the manager, who handled the situation professionally. She apologized, offered to make my husband something else, even as a to-go order, and removed the salad from our bill when he declined. We appreciated her response and customer service. Unfortunately, one good interaction isn't enough to outweigh the overall experience. The drinks have never impressed us given the prices, and the food has consistently fallen short of expectations. We truly wanted this to become one of our regular neighborhood spots because of its convenient location, but we've decided it's just not a place we'll be returning to.
