So dissatisfied and disappointed! I bought a Strawberry Cough pre roll for$15. I was excited to enjoy our 20th Anniversary smoking some Strawberry Cough on the beach, and I am an avid cannabis smoker, this definitely didn't have THC. I smoked half of the pre roll and didn't feel a thing! Total waste of our money. Will definitely never go there again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

No THC in their products. The good reviews are fake. They tell you that what you're buying contains THC, and the drinks even had labels saying 50mg THC or 100mg THC. So bogus. Kinda messed with my whole little vacation. I had to deal with my man-child sober for 3 damned days! Heinous. Unforgivable. I thought false advertising was illegal. They're not cool. They're scammers. I wish I googled them, but they were on the boardwalk, so I trusted it. Their website has a disclaimer that none of their products contain THC because they sell hemp products and so are federally legal. They should be shut down. read more

This shop doesn't seem to have very many known brands, guy behind the counter said they are more of a house brand shop. Which is fine, in theory, but their house brand edibles were weak as water. Package of ten said 100mg but it seemed like I had to eat three to get the effect equivalent of 5mg so I don't believe the stated content. Explains the low price, I suppose. Same story as everyone else. Really skeptical of dispensaries in Venice due to tourist traps but when I walked in the prices were actually competitive. Bought a .5 gram disposable cart for $40. The only one they had was a self branded hybrid, Mimosa. The catch? You're straight up vaping butane. I know the coils work since I can see the concentrate lower in the tank. Very clearly penny pinching on their product in order to stay competitive. What was the lesson learned here? If you want a better high in Venice, try sitting in one of the public restrooms for a couple minutes... swear I felt more from that than I did from the disposable cart I bought from Venice Kush read more

I read these reviews about the products being a rip off or really light THC. As a frequent edible eater, I consumed a 100 mg brownie and was super, super high - too high, enough that I'll know to not eat the whole thing next time. Will be returning for that specific edible. Giving 4/5 - my experience was a 5 and I'll be returning but I saw a review about illegitimate vape carts which was very concerning to me considering the semi-recent outbreak of harmful THC carts, bumping my review to a 4/PSA for anyone considering cartridges from this business read more

E.g. Instead of having discounts on joints, say, every Tuesday, and posting that online and in the store, they run promotions that vary each week -- but they won't tell you about what those promotions are unless you opt-in to their marketing spam. So if you don't want to sign up for their marketing spam (which I never agree to as a trade-off for anything), then when you shop there you won't know what the pricing will be on the products you like -- until you actually show up to buy them. And so you may show up on a day when the product you like isn't on sale. For those of us who routinely spend $300+ per visit, the difference in pricing on a visit with promotions and a visit without promotions can be $80-100. Other pot shops don't subject you to this kind of unpredictability in pricing. RECOMMENDATIONS: On my last visit, I asked for recommendations on edibles, as I'm always eager to try new product. Both products that were recommended were super disappointing in ways that I'd think a sales person would find disappointing if they'd actually tried the product. One product wasn't portioned out by the manufacturer -- so when you open the package you have to cut the edible into 10 pieces. (Surely no one wants to need to have a knife around in order to portion out their edibles.) The other product was so complicated and not intuitive to open that you need an engineering degree to figure it out. In my view, pot shops shouldn't sell products that aren't portioned out or are in packaging that's overly-complicated to open (or at least shouldn't recommend them). ______________ So shopping here can be frustrating.

They also have very nice personnel. I recommend this dispensary more than any of the others in the area because there aren't any others offering such amazing deals as this. On Wednesdays, or as I find it easier to refer to as, Wild Wednesdays, they have a deal on all Wyld gummies (which are one of two of my favorite gummy brands- Wyld and Heavy Hitters) where you buy two and you get two additional Wyld boxes for $4.20. If you leave a dispensary with four boxes of the most bomb top shelf gummies and only spent $40, that is crazy and you should never pass that kind of a deal up. Jew approved (I'm Jewish not prejudiced, don't jump on my back shit).

The process is a bit different then what I'm used to, but every time I left with quality flower that is worthwhile in value. The discount often negates the tax charges. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!…read more MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE - Management Needs to Address This This review is directed to Jay Handal and the management team at Erba because the issues we have experienced have been ongoing and extremely concerning. My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers of Erba since we moved to the neighborhood last year. We shop here almost daily and have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Unfortunately, despite our consistent patronage, my boyfriend has repeatedly been subjected to what appears to be discriminatory and unfair treatment by staff. Today was the final straw. I am currently pregnant and waited in the car while my boyfriend went inside to make a purchase. About five minutes later, he had to come back out to get me because the employee refused to allow him to pay -- even though it was his card, simply connected to my Apple Pay on my phone. The employee had already seen our phone screensaver and questioned him about the device and card. I then had to walk inside the store unnecessarily, only for him to complete the purchase using the same card and same device. This is not the first time this has happened. Almost every time my boyfriend attempts to make a purchase, staff interrogate him about the card, even though we use the exact same card every single day. They repeatedly force me to come inside just to complete the payment. Meanwhile, we have watched other customers -- particularly white customers -- shop without being questioned or inconvenienced. Additionally, my boyfriend has been asked to show his ID multiple times after already being checked at the door, which is redundant and unnecessary. On several occasions, security has also singled him out and asked him to remove his hoodie, while we have personally witnessed other customers walking around the store with hoodies on without being bothered. This pattern of behavior feels discriminatory and extremely disrespectful. It creates the impression that he is being treated differently because of his appearance and skin color. Another issue worth mentioning is how payments are processed. When paying, customers are often charged more than the actual purchase total, and the difference is returned as "change." This resembles the process used by cashless ATM systems, which classify the transaction as a cash withdrawal rather than a normal retail purchase. Customers should be clearly informed about this. When we tried to address these concerns today and asked the manager for the names of the employees involved, she refused to provide them and instead threatened to ban us from the store simply for raising legitimate concerns about the treatment we have experienced. The only reason why we kept coming back to be honest is because the store is literally 2 minutes away from us. After putting up with this behavior for far too long, today was the day we finally had enough. We are extremely disappointed by the way loyal customers have been treated. Management needs to seriously evaluate staff conduct, customer service standards, and how situations like this are handled. No customer should feel singled out, interrogated, or threatened for simply trying to make a purchase.

My 420 adventure on Venice Beach started poorly. Fresh off the plane from a prohibition state, I stopped at the closest smoke shop on the boardwalk near my hotel. Big mistake, poor selection, customer service was a joke. So I determined to locate a real Cannabis expert on the boardwalk and make a proper purchase. After much research, I floated into Venice Kusk, and I knew I found my 420 destination in Venice Beach. Incredible selection, including products I have never seen in any other smoke shop. The staff is very knowledge, and they felt like long lost friends. I have been hearing that CBD is THE thing. So, as a curious and open minded person that I am. I went to Venice Circle to try their products, and man am I glad I did go. FYI, I get a lot of back, shoulder and neck pain as I am a bag man for an airline company. Back in the day, I used to smoke weed to relax my body, but with all the commotion of the drug test, and I needing a job to keep enjoying the little things that I love. :) I tried their disposable vaping pens cinnamon flavor and smell. I can smoke it at my pad, and no strong odors while i get my relaxation me time. My wife also enjoys it, after a hard day of being with the kids. This does help her relax, while we enjoy our time ;). Well, CBD is has become a great alternative for me as I cannot use marijuana products due to work test. Hector provided a great customer service, and a hook up of 10 % off because it was the Holidays. I was recently on vacation for the BTS concert in LA (if you know, you know ) anyways. We stayed in Venice Beach and LOVED it! I have issues with pain, I wasn't sure I'd be able to find any relief While there but thank god as we were walking along the beach I found my favorite spot !! Venice Kush!!!! I went back everyday! $5 Dabs are my FAVORITE Thank you so much! You made my vacation. And BTS WAS AMAZING! Hector was a very helpful guy. I came in here looking for some eatables. I went home excited to try them all, and man did I enjoy them. They were fucken good! If you can smoke weed due to testing, CBD is the second thing closest to it. I got high, got the munchies and was able to relax my mind and body.
