The buying experience was extremely pleasurable with no pressure from our salesman, Jesse Shannon. He allowed us "alone" time with an assortment of the mattresses we were interested in. He also gave us a nice discount on the frame and explained the warranty and their return policy on bedding thoroughly. The mattress was delivered on time and professionally by 3 experienced employees. They were polite, very clean and quickly had our new bed in place. They asked if we had any concerns or general questions about the new set up and were out in less than 45 minutes. Such a unique outdoor showroom of ever type of wood furniture known to man including, teak, drift wood and polished wood. Aside from the wood furniture there was a giant talking parrot saying hello to customers and guarding the showroom. My favorite pieces were the turtle, horses, alligator and the multi-colored Key West style distressed wood table and benches. Not sure the price of the masterpieces but it can't be cheap.
