This company did not responded to emails and avoided any tipe of resolution. Please be aware that they are not honest and are not customer oriented and you will be very dispointed. They are defrauding theit customers. Is all good until you have a problem with their work and they will not respond to your calls or needs. They lied when you call and tell you they don't know who the manager is, or that the manager is out of town to avoid by all means to respond to the customers. I have copies of many text and emails with no respond. Do your self a huge favor and look for another company that is honest. I have never seen anything like this. When my contractor went to pick up the vanity, the unit they gave him was completely different -- it didn't even have the side door. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell.
