It turns out he takes the money but uses the cheapest materials and he didn't even use the right material for the staircase. People usually use solid wood for the steps and he put the vinyl and foam under it , so when we walk the stairs there is noise and empty spaces everywhere. My daughter's sock got stuck in the crack and she almost fell and all this happened 2 weeks after installation. on top of that, his price wasn't that low. Not an honest person.
