Dr. Herb is super knowledgeable and takes the time to show genuine concern for not just your injury but you as a person, and he has always been willing to take the time to answer questions. It's always refreshing to have health care providers take the time to make you feel informed and comfortable, and in my experience Dr. Herb has always done that. I've been in for spinal adjustments, tissue work and physical therapy and would recommend all of these services. If you had a poor experience here in the past, I'd encourage you to go back in. Every business has hiccups when they are first starting and I really feel that this business has made great improvements (not that my previous customer-service experiences were ever horrible, they are just more notably warm now). Also, they are doing a good job with COVID precautions, so you should feel safe to visit!

Jail (falsely arrested over the oxygen suffocation device that's been destroying our state) and unable to sleep or sit on solid concrete causing my body and mind to go into a deeply stressful state. Unable to eat or drink (keeping it down was not happening) caused my legs and arms to start atrophying and by the fourth out of five days I was ordered to spend in jail, I was released due to my dangerous medical condition. I could barely walk out. I saw Dr. Scott a few days later after getting re-hydrated and re-nourished. Nothing short of a miracle happened. I was so much better. I'm now getting adjustments once a week until I'm back into a healthy state. The office is very nice. They moved things around and were able to get me in at 4pm the same day..remember, it's a Friday and a long weekend. Dr Hiro was great, he spent time examining me and explaining the situation, his staff made sure I understood my insurance coverage. It was the perfect outcome to an unfortunate situation.

They have laser treatments, a hyperbaric chamber, a naturopath, massage therapists, a physical therapist, supplements and more! They truly are your one stop shop for health & wellness. Back to Dr Keim tho, he is so kind & caring & knowledgeable & gentle, his treatments don't hurt. I know my body well enough to know when/where I'm out, and his diagnosis always lines up with my own thoughts. I love that, I trust him completely! I went to many different chiropractors before finding Dr Keim & once I found him, I'll never try another. I've hurt my back many times to the point I could barely walk & he's always managed to relieve the pain & get me back on my feet in short order. I trust him more than any medical doctor as he is a wealth of natural healing information & has helped me thru many illnesses. Everyone in his office is so helpful & friendly, they go above and beyond with every visit. And once you become an established patient, Dr Keim is there for you in emergencies & that is priceless!! I won't go to any chiropractor now because of them. My back was broken- they took x-rays- but…read moremissed it. They told me it was scoliosis because my grandma had it. My back might've healed if they hadn't of pushed on that specific spot on those stupid beds for years. Five years later I said "it's not scoliosis, take another x-ray". They did and it was a miracle! I didn't have scoliosis. They just happen to miss the obvious broken back AGAIN. And you know what they drew a line right through the break when they measured for scoliosis. I'm disabled now because my back was broken for 13 years before anyone bothered to do another x-ray on me. Oh- and 10 years later my dad went in to have his neck adjusted, they fully ruptured his disc. He had to have surgery too.
