Cost me $2600.00 I visited the shop 2-3 times a week and the truck was not touched and excuses every time. "Waiting on parts" I rented a car this weekend to drive down from Destin as Thomas told me the truck would be ready on Friday afternoon. GUESS WHAT - more excuses. The new excuse is MIKE the old mechanic that originally diagnosed the truck, no longer works there. Thomas said he didn't originally diagnose the truck so he wasn't the one but her verbally called out what needed to be done and agreed it was the oil pump! I need my truck for work and have lost 2-months of income, due to Thomas's excuses!!! Not acceptable! I will be taking this further!!
