When they did call back, they gave me a quote and said it would be done in a half hour. I got to the shop at that time, and waited around another 30 minutes beyond that. I was told that their man had arrived back from my test drive and they had to do paperwork. But that didn't prove to be true. Scotty and his team never treated me like this. Two stars because the 30 minute job was adequate. Update: The owner called me to apologize for how long it took.
