I recently went in for my FREE physical per my insurance co. Blue cross Blue shield... I got billed for an office visit. Last year when this happened i asked why I was billed, was told because i asked the doctor a question so, this year i asked no questions....still got billed for an office visit. the explanation was that i have additional diagnosis, isn't this something as the patient I should have been notified of? Seems a little deceitful. Won't be going back! I will be contacting Blue cross Blue shield to see if this is a common pracitice..... if I had been told there additional charges for additional items. i would have been fine paying the bill. seems by not notifying patients of this pratice they are just trying to pad the bill!!!

Before I could even sit down to fill out the paperwork they were bringing me back to an exam room. So I waited like, zero minutes! The nurse doing the vitals was very friendly and very fun to work with. She took all the stress out of the appointment. Dr. Steve was awesome! Very calming, and listened to my issues. Dr. Steve and I talked about my problem and generated a solution, more like we were a team working together. I liked that. And they have the My Chart App. that was awesome because the flu shots that I've gotten an Walgreens were automatically loaded into the app. That's pretty cool. I was out of the office probably in less than a half an hour. This will sound weird, but I can't wait to get sick again to go back. They gave me better service that I've gotten in some five star restaurants.

She was understanding and flexible when his discharge got delayed two days. Jennifer came 3x week for 2 weeks and we can't say enough positive about her. She is competent, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, reassuring and a delight to work with. Cindy RN came for the one allotted visit and was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in answering some medical questions and in teaching us how to apply the wound dressing. She even provided us with better supplies than the hospital gave us at time of discharge. We highly recommend DMJ, Robin as the healthcare liaison, Cindy in the nurse role and Jennifer as the PT. Now we transition to outpatient PT but it certainly has been convenient these first two weeks post-surgery having them come to our home!
