I got the gel manicure ($45) and regular pedi ($28).... gel manicure - they did an absolute fantastic job. The regular pedi - it was another person doing it, she did a good job, but missed the sides, and when I pointed out to her, she didn't complain nor say anything to her staff. She listened. Their service was very accommodating. They're located in the Langham Mall on the second floor. TnT supermarket is located on the first floor and there was many great food, dessert and bbt places located in the plaza. Parking is limited and can be a drag, so I get drop off.

When her other co worker came in, she sat right next to us and they started having a whole conversation in mandarin with each other. Her attention to detail is not the best, and when I was told to wash my hands, I noticed one finger had a chip already, and asked her very politely if she can fix that one corner; in mandarin she said I was meddlesome, which is pretty much the same saying in Cantonese, as she proceeded to fix my nail. Maybe if she had paid more attention to her own work and stopped talking and getting distracted with her co worker, then she wouldn't have done such a sloppy job. Now I understand why the other 3-4 nails salons on the same floor were busy, except for this one. Won't be back.

I did not make an appointment and they accommodated me for a regular manicure right away. I pick at my cuticles and fingers because of an anxiety disorder and I sort of just decided to try to take care of my nails in an attempt to stop. I let Karen know this and she was so, so nice about it. She made sure I was comfortable when trimming my cuticles and checked in with me a few times to make sure that she wasn't hurting my hands. She helped me pick a color, and I'd say it was the most lovely manicure I've ever had! Karen was kind and compassionate, please go here if you are a Toronto resident.

They provided me with the colours that they had available and they quickly got to work. The removal was painless and easy.. I have had a bad experience where they filed my nails way tooo much and my nails looked a mess. That wasn't the case here thankfully! She did a great job fixing the shape of nails and reapplying the nail polish. Overall a positive experience. They gave you a tiny hand massage at the end.. a couple places I have been to are a little better in that department but whatever I wasn't coming in for a massage anyway. So now my figures look fab and the total came to 35 plus tax. 5 was for the removal of my previous shellac and then 30 for the shellac manicure. The pricing is pretty on par with other salons in the area. Ps.. it's been 2 weeks and my Shellac is in pretty mint condition.. typically it lasts a week and then I'm regretting having invested $ in my nails... but I have been impressed! Def. Coming back :)

They fixed the broken nails but didn't do a full manicure (pushing and clipping cuticles, cleaning, etc). I left feeling whatever about the service. The second time I went is what I'm giving a 5 star. I walked in with no appointment on a busy Sunday afternoon, but the guy working was happy to squeeze me in for a UV gel overlay service and fix a broken nail. He was helpful in picking a colour for me and was outgoing and easy to talk to. He did a really good job shaping my nails and made note that the last person who did my nails (his coworker) didn't do a good job catering my nails to my finger size. He said they made my nails look fat (lol) so he slimmed them down and now I'm super happy with my nails. Since he said they usually charge for a full set for first time overlays, he said he'll just charge me for a refill since some of my nails had gel from last time and that he didn't need to fix any of my nails except one. For a rushed service because it was busy and I just walked in with no appointment, he still did a really great job that I'm very happy with! Will definitely go back to see him specifically. Unfortunately I didn't get to catch his name but I think he's the only guy that works there.

I specifically said I wanted blue butterfly stickers to be placed on my nails and they said It would not be a problem. But as the lady started doing my nails she said they didn't have them which was confusing to me. As well as the person who was doing my pedicure was digging too deep into the nail as well as cutting the toenail poorly resulting in what is seen in the picture. Very poor service I will not be returning.

I will definitely return in my future business trips here and I highly recommend you give them a try too!!

And to top it all off, she even suggested I add a bit of sparkle to my nails at the end which was just...*chef's kiss*. She is just so good at what she does and takes the initiative to do it better without you even asking. Pricing was also super reasonable. They argued with me and tried to say it was not human error it was the lights fault which simply was not true. Had to come back three times to fix the same set. The last time I came in I asked her to fix the shape because the entire reason I tipped $50 was the original shape the first time. They said no so I came back three different days for one set of nails and still left disappointed. The reason I tip well when I think it's done well is because I literally do not have time to come back three times. I live down the street but I will never be back.
