It looks like makeup but it's also natural looking. I had dry toes with some overgrown big toenails. they did some serious exfoliation and grater stuff followed by wraps in booties. The lady doing my facial really tried to give me a history lesson on every product she was using on me the entire time lol so there was just no space to relax. Basically paid $60 for someone to use a bunch of different cleansers on my face with like 3 minutes of extractions even though that's what I wanted the focus to be. The girls were really thorough with our feet so they were nice and soft after. The water was chilly though which wasn't the best experience for keeping your feet in it. I should have spoken up but for some reason I was shy about it. Chairs were the massaging kind but not the most comfortable but they had pillows around that you could add at the back to help with that. I'd go back again for sure because they did a really good job with our feet.
