Fitness Fusion offers a 7 day FREE trial, and it is exactly that. Free, no strings attached way to…read moresee if you like what they offer. None of this sign up and your first week is free bull, just sign the waiver and start your trial. This is the best of both worlds in that it is NOT a single class run by an "instructor". With everyone doing the same thing for an hour. It is a circuits based workout that rotates through a 3 day schedule with 3 different full body workouts. The next month all the circuits change up again and the rotation continues. No way to plateau or get bored in this scheme. It is fun, challenging and truly works your whole body. Time flies by. The staff are all certified trainers and not just fitness enthusiasts. They are monitoring and course correcting all the participants to be sure everyone is getting focus on doing the exercise properly. For me it's like having a personal trainer but within a group environment. I was spotted doing something wrong and it was very quickly (like within the first 30s) noticed and of course I got more out of the exercise because of it. Strength, Cardio and Core are in every workout. Don't worry about the intensity, they have that covered too. The small group workout is easy on the joints, and the intensity is up to you. The large group workout is by design a tougher and higher impact workout so you get to choose. They call you by name when you come in and greet you in a welcoming way. As a newbie I was looked after and everyone asked how my workout went at the end. Very engaged staff. If you have been putting off signing up for a way to get fit and healthy, try the 7 day free trial and you'll probably love it. I did and plan to sign up for real.

I belong to the Agawam forum on Facebook. Last week I noticed a advertisement for an aerial yoga…read moreclass. It looked like something different and fun. I had been to a yoga class that used straps against the wall. So I felt this might be something I could do. I have fibromyalgia, so I am limited to things I can do. I signed up for 10 classes, I thought if I can't do the aerial yoga, I could do the regular yoga. Signing up is very easy. You just make an account online and sign up for a class. You can see if a class is full or not. That way the class won't be over crowded. I really enjoyed the class. The teacher is very positive. There were times I didn't do what the class was doing but that was ok. I left early but really felt like I had stretched out my body. The classroom had great a/c. I made the mistake of using the front entrance. Which then i had to walk up stairs to get out of the place. But I emailed the owner and she directed me to the entrance has no stairs. It leads right into the basement. The owner is very quick in replying to emails. Right now you can sign up for a free class. So you don't lose out on anything. There are numerous classes to up for. http://activelifestylefitness.com/large-group/

Do not recommend; was out of shape and took a small group class:…read more 1. You pay in advance for a certain # of 1 hour classes no matter WHY you can't attend (I was rearended and told 'feel better') 2. They start people out with about 30 minutes of squats; I went to three sessions and my knees started clicking and was told - well 'good luck' 3. The atmosphere is not at all welcoming and it's very hard to find and get to if you aren't in town 4. The drop-in instructors are much better than the actual one but are given instructions which includes things the instructors are perfectly capable of but there is no room for personal assistance esp since I signed up for a 'small class' (like 4 people)

Bill contours the work out to what you want. I'm never board, it's always challenging without being back breaking and he's there to push you on rainy days when all you want to do is curl up in front of the TV. "Nobody ever regret working out". Bill makes sure your form is correct so even when he's not there you know what you should and should not be doing. I can't recommend him enough. Whether you're a bride to be, mother to be or just want to tone up, Bill's fantastic!

Starting with someone new can sometimes be awkward or disappointing when you are used to working with someone else, but Bill has made the experience seamless and fun. He has tailored the workouts to my needs and is easy going and fun to work with. Working out always makes me feel good, and Bill makes our sessions challenging and effective. Its a perfect combination and I always look forward to our sessions. He knows his stuff. I am currently expecting my first baby and Bill has been a big part of me feeling strong and prepared for my body's changes and challenges to come. He does his research about how to best support me and even looks ahead to what I might need later in the pregnancy and post natal. I could not ask for more.
