This gym is not just a gym, it's a family! I wake up every morning to workout at the 6am class. I have never been a morning person but the environment Rachel has created here makes you not want to miss it! I started in March trying FBBC out on my first challenge. In 28 days of that challenge, I saw amazing results that made me stay past the challenge. I have tried everything from different gyms to different diets. They worked but never was able to keep it off. I just finished my third challenge and again got amazing results! Since March, I have lost 55 pounds and about 7% in body fat. I have been trying to lose weight since I was 16 years old. I've fluctuated on weightloss, losing 25lbs and gaining 50+lbs. I've been a member of Cardio Express, Gold's Gym, Kickboxing, MMA, Weight Watchers, Personal Trainers, and Nutritionist/Dieticians. None of those gyms or programs lasted longer than a month - maybe two with Weight Watchers. I've now been a proud member of Bloomfield FBBC since March, 2015. I go anywhere between 4 to 6 times a week - sometimes doubling up. I've lost almost 20lbs, several inches total, and gained only a positive sense of confidence in myself. This gym (even though it is WAY more than that) came into my life at exactly the time I needed it! Each day's workout is different than yesterday. It's fun, exciting and the very BEST people come together here to support and celebrate each other and the small personal victories each of us experience. Unlike other gyms or classes that offer the same thing class to class, week to week, bootcamp always feels fresh and new. It keeps me wanting to come back each day just to see what we are going to be doing and feeling great knwoing that whatever the workout is I will be able to do it, with (or without modifications). I've tried multiple types of gyms and work out systems and nothing has really held my interest, kept me motivated and WORKED. In just two weeks (going about 3-4 times a week) I started to see results. For once I look forward to working out because I know in just those 30 minutes I will continue to see better and better results. The trainer/owner Rachel is GREAT - she pushes you and is supportive of your goals no matter where you are at physically. Not only is Rachel awesome, but the community feel of everyone there is what helps me stay motivated. I want to go and workout but I also want to go and support everyone else, and be supported! The best workout EVER and they are just 30 mins! The trainers are personable and really care about your health and wellness not just the opportunity to make a dollar off of you. This place is the best! I was addicted after two weeks. There are new exercises every day so you never get bored with your workout. The staff and members are so friendly and motivating. The owner and head trainer, Rachel, knows everyone by name and cheers you on throughout the entire workout. She adds such a nice, personal touch to her business. I don't give 5 stars easily. FBBC is not your typical gym, its challenged packed workouts to give your body the maximum training in efficient time. I use to spend hours in the gym for average results. FBBC gives me a full body workout in 30 minutes, nutrition counseling and a personal trainer in.every session. Above all its an GREAT environment for everyone no matter what level of fitness or health.
