When we realized the heat was causing the lawn to look uneven, he provided lawn coloring like they do in California to make sure our house looked picture perfect for our reception. He and his team will remain our go-to for any outdoor projects around our property. In fact, he just repaired our fence after a windstorm caused it to lean, completely rebuilding it with reinforced foundations so it will never lean again. Marcos will provide you a fair quote, quality worksmanship, and quick results for your landscaping project.

We had our garden fence rebuilt by Sky Fence, owned by Jacob Walsh. We had some custom design ideas…read morewe wanted to incorporate: for the main section, we wanted a paneled lattice with a trellis on top, and for the lower section, a 2x2 galvanized wire panel to let light through while keeping rabbits out. We also had specific quality requirements, such as using a post-on-pipe installation to avoid wood rot. After reaching out to Sky Fence and 5 other well-known Seattle companies, only Sky Fence said they could meet our custom design and quality needs. The other companies offered a range of prices for lower-quality fences, while Sky Fence provided a single quote with the highest standards at a competitive price. Using a few sketches we provided, Sky Fence built a beautiful fence that matched our requirements perfectly. Jacob and his team did an amazing job, even installing the fence on top of a concrete wall. Communication throughout the process was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with the work they delivered. Finding skilled people in Seattle is hard, but occasionally you find some amazing people. My only complaint is about the contract. It was hard to read, lacked detail, included stock photos that didn't match our design, and had no itemization--just a final price. It felt like signing a promise to build what we asked for, thereby taking a leap of faith, which made me a bit uneasy. Still, Sky Fence absolutely delivered, and I would hire them again without hesitation. A few before and after photos attached. The reddish stain (Ready seal mahogany) in the photos we applied ourselves. The stain and wood will darken over time.

Simply creates new businesses without licensing or insurance. This business is owned by Patrick Turner III who built a fence at my old house. I paid him to stain it after the work was completed but he never did, took advantage of me because I went on deployment with the military. I lost over $1k for work that was never performed. He kept promising a refund but never gave it, all I got was lies and excuses. The fence itself was fine at first but the construction methods were shoddy and it started to fall apart within a year. If I still lived there I would have to completely rebuild it. Listen to the other one star reviews!

We were finally in a position to update so we started getting estimates from different companies and contractors. Lion Heart Remodel stood out above the rest. Most folks I met with had a lot experience in remodel work but Richard has vision and imagination. From the moment he introduced himself to my wife and I, we felt confident that this was the guy to hire. Never once through this 2.5 month project did I regret that decision. Great communication, asks for feedback through the whole process, and takes changes in stride. We did three new bathrooms, windows, flooring trim, interior and exterior doors, interior paint, banister-replacement-with-pony-wall, and a new deck. The work done here by Lion Heart and his whole crew has been literally life changing for us. For the first time in the 15 years we've lived in this house, we are absolutely in love with our home. I cannot recommend Lion Heart enough. Now that my remodel is done I don't mind sharing!
