    Review Highlights - Veggo Sizzle

A very broad menu caters for a variety of tastes, my personal suggestion would be the noodle supremo which was delicious and fresh.

After leaving Adelaide about 2 years, I still try to make their special winter drink turmeric milk at home. It's a gold, warm, sweet yet healthy drink with goji in it. And the peanut butter is still the best I've tried, maybe because they were directly pressed from real peanuts into butter in front of you. Go check it out if it still offering. And the desserts, oh their desserts, now I can only miss them in my mind--just want to have few slices right now! So creamy, smooth, yet no-burden to eat one or two. Don't miss this gem when hanging around at the market!

This extension of Goodies an Grains just shows how successful they are as a business. The Kitchen offers a range of lunch items (salads, sandwiches, pasties, slices & bars) and a juice bar. In fact, they cater for a lot of dietary requirements which is great to see. There are lots of gluten free, vego, vegan and paleo options. The juice menu is exactly the same as next door. But, since this is probably the most popular juice destination in the Adelaide Central Market, they keep themselves busy. The Glorious Green is what its name suggests. Packed full of refreshing green veg and fruit. This is like my pick me up or lunch sub when I am in a rush. Every time I have chugged this juice, I just get so much energy afterwards. It's earthy, not sweet. The celery in this one really stands out. So, if you are not a fan of earthy tasting green juices, order something else. Everything on the menu is great! I am sure you will find something that appeals to you.

There are 7 outside patio tables seating up to 4 chairs and about roughly the same tables and seating inside where you are cooled from the summer heat or foot traffic. Friendly server will guide you on your meal selection unless you're an advent DimSum goer, you already know the drill. Typical SiuMai to more courageous Chicken Feet with Black Bean sauce, they have a whole sleuth of selection to choose from. I didn't stay long enough to experience the more crafty Chinese authentic cuisines, but from the dim sum themselves, I'm pretty sure they will be as excellent. We ordered a few items to try out this DimSum place: -- Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce (very tender and savory) -- SuiMai Pork (very flavorful and fresh) -- Steamed Ox Tripe (tender, no too hard or soft and juicy) -- Beef Tripe with Ginger sauce (steamed to perfection) Recommending this place if you're ever in town here in Chinatown!!

Mind you, it is probably not so much the pub, but the patrons, that end up giving the pub a new name, but I digress. I've been here a couple of times and I must say it is okay - I've certainly been to better places with a lot more character. Once again it is one of those pubs that I have known about but rarely visited (which may have been a good thing). However I do like the place, especially the beer garden down the side, but it is not a place I would go out of my way to visit. They do make a decent meal as well, but it has been quite a while since I came here with friends for a feed.

I have frequented here the past few weeks on a Friday for a burger and a beer ($20 special as at July 2016) and I've tried both the Cumby burger and the chicken burger. Both solid choices but the Cumby burger is the winner IMO. There are occasional beer specials on tap, and the service is great - quick, and always friendly, even when they're under the pump. There's a lot of history in this old building, but the current legend owners have given it a proper push into the 21st century with upgrades including a huge beer garden with all the trimmings - big tables, great looking booths, a big bar and ginormous TV for the sports fans. The Cumby is well worth a look if you're in the area, and a top stop even if you have to put on the hiking boots! Get around 'em folks.

Ever wanted some 'dirty American' food but can't find it because you're vegan or eat gluten free?…read moreWell fret no more because Two-Bit Villains is here to save the day! Two-Bit Villains is located in a beautiful, yet often overlooked, area of Adelaide - upstairs in the Adelaide Arcade. One of the things I love here is that they provide separate menus for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan (alongside their 'regular' menu), so if you follow one of those diets you don't have to scour through the menu to find something you can eat. A nice little touch that makes everyone feel included! The owners Sass and Liam are also lovely people who really care about making their food good - and good it is! I have to say their onion rings are top of my list for best ever. Their vegan menu will even have carnivores salivating - everything truly is delicious and so well put together. And be aware - if the menu tells you something comes in a large cup - it really means LARGE (try the massive mocha, it's delicious)! A highlight of TBV for me is their home made soda. The flavours vary from day to day so you get to try your luck for something different each time!! Fancy it up and make it a float for extra deliciousness. A great, friendly place for a quiet lunch or a cool drink. Head in and see for yourself!
