Just keep in mind that they only give you one potato per plate, regardless of how many tacos you order. So if you want two potatoes, you'll need to ask for separate plates. They also have a self-serve toppings bar where you can load up on onions, radishes, sauces, and other toppings however you like. I love being able to customize my tacos. Prices are pretty affordable, around $2.25 per taco from what I remember. Paying cash is slightly cheaper than using a card, so I'd recommend bringing cash if you're planning to stop by. They also sell horchata at another stand nearby, and there's a separate burrito stand, although I usually see more people going for the tacos.
