The owner's daughter, Nichole, physically looked up the part I requested and sent it out. The part did not fit, but they refused to refund any part of the shipping cost. leaving me to pay for shipping both ways between California and Florida, which cost more than the part itself. Very poor communication. Don't make the same mistake that I did. There are plenty of other VW parts houses out there that are much better to work with. read more
