Chris and the staff are always very courteous and always reply promptly. They do my A and B services much cheaper than the dealers. Their other services/repairs are half the price of the dealerships....and faster. I have never had to take any of my vehicles back after a repair for something not completed. If you're looking for a place to confidently take you car that is honest and most of all quality from top to bottom, then it's with European Auto Werks. Chris, Mike and Scott are the ultimate professionals and are "mechanics" mechanics as well as very professional gentleman. They read codes for sure but have a wealth of knowledge that transcends "parts replacers" and computers. Chris keeps you up to date on the progress of work no matter how small or large the job they have worked on for our cars. They strive to meet your budget and preferences for OEM parts which is very rare to find. But, it is that breadth of knowledge and experience that allows them to diagnose, source parts and keep cars running safely and very well. This lady is beyond grateful that they listen to my concerns and keep our cars in top shape and very safe without any upselling. I recommend them highly and without reservation!

She has her car towed to Chad Miller Auto Care and calls me to say she needs a new battery and is being quoted $645. I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. Fair enough, but I will not be taking either of ours back. Fair warning to those that do.

Also, today my car broke down and I called them in the morning to see if they could see it on an emergency basis. I had it towed to them by 11:00am and by 3:00 they had diagnosed the problem, communicated the problem to me, and had the car back to me by 4:30pm. Avoid M-Technik: Dishonest Business, Zero Proof, & Damaged/Missing Parts…read moreRating: 1/5 I brought my BMW to M-Technik on Monday, May 25, 2026, with a clear $200 diagnostic agreement. What followed was a complete scam involving fabricated labor hours, defensive management, and actual negligence to my vehicle. The "Diagnosis" Scam The Lie: On Tuesday, they claimed they spent an hour diagnosing the car and requested 3 more hours ($200/hr) to continue. I approved it. The Reality: On Wednesday afternoon, I called for an update and was told, "We haven't touched your car yet." The Confrontation: I showed up at 16:00 on Wednesday. My car was untouched. The heavy-set shop manager (not Chris, who was actually helpful) lied and said they were waiting on my approval. When I demanded to know what they did in the first hour I was being billed for, the mechanic couldn't answer. He eventually guessed a code: "Low fuel pressure before the high-pressure fuel pump." The Fact Check: I troubleshot with BMW ISTA+. I told them on Monday the car had a low RAIL pressure code. The low-pressure pump was brand new and tested perfectly at 4.5 bar. There is was no code for "low fuel pressure before the HPFP." The tech completely made it up. We checked my service ticket in the office. There was absolutely zero documentation written on it. I declined the extra hours that night. The next morning, they sent an unprofessional, all-caps text telling me to get a tow truck. Hostage Tactics & Blatant Negligence When picking up the car, I offered to pay the $200 if they could show me just 30 minutes of security camera footage proving they touched my car. The manager refused, using a "trust me bro" excuse that he wasn't going to hook up a computer to the cameras. He held my car hostage until I paid. To make matters worse, they allowed my car to be towed away with the ignition completely turned ON. This threw a massive slew of fault codes across multiple modules. More importantly, leaving the ignition on with the front wheels on the ground can ruin the electric power steering (EPS) system and steering rack as the wheels are forced to turn while active. The Final Straw: Missing Hardware They didn't even know how to properly put my BMW into neutral. I explicitly told them not to pull the mechanical neutral release bolt on the transmission. They ignored me, yanked it anyway, and failed to replace it. I left the shop with missing hardware and had to buy a new transmission bolt out of pocket. (See attached photos on my google review from the next shop). Summary: If you don't know cars, M-Technik will fake diagnostic time and bill you for it. If you do know cars, they will get defensive, hold your car hostage, risk your steering rack, and return it to you with missing hardware. Avoid this shop.
