I wish zero stars were an option…read more I have had two negative experiences with this pharmacy, and I should have stopped going after the first. First, they made a mistake with my son's prescription and did not fill it correctly. Then, last week, I spoke with them about refilling a prescription and made it clear that I needed it by Monday. They told me that would be fine. When I went I was told that the prescription was not ready, and I was told no one had ordered it. The owner/pharmacist was dismissive and treated it like it was just a simple mistake. But this is medication. Pharmacies are responsible for people's health and safety, and mistakes like this can have serious consequences. One mistake was bad enough. Two is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

My experience recently at the self checkout area was rather annoying. There was 3 people ahead of me online. The cashier said a few times that there's self checkout so I figured ok I only have one item let me use it today because I had to be somewhere. Well this process took much longer because those 3 people and another person that would have been behind me were long done before me. I had a coupon and the machine voided it because it did not recognize that I put the coupon in the machine as it requested. So I waited a very long time for someone to help me. She had to help more people that came in and left me as it malfunctioned again. If I hadn't paid attention I would have paid full price. I'm a very patient person, but this is ridiculous. Just employ more people (oh yea no one wants to work anymore!).

I went to STUARTS instead. The pharmacist at STUARTS (an old man with grey beard) was rude and had a nasty, condescending attitude. Back at the pharmacy, same pharmacist has the cashier tell me that he's not filling the script again because it's dated for the next day, (which it WASN'T.
