They first tried to blame the Amp that I didn't purchase from them as being the problem, when it was their installation. Now the system has shorted again and this time caused a major wiring issue with the entire car. These are the least professional group of people in the business. Never take anything that you value there, they will destroy it. Side note: they manipulate their reviews on their own website. They claim a 4.5 rating but when you go to independent reviews their ratings are 2 and are full of complaint after complaint.

They had to connect the steering wheel, back up camera, install USB ports and they added a really nice microphone above the driver side visor. I trusted their recommendations on quality and am not at all sorry. I probably paid a bit more for the recommended stereo but I am so happy with the work, the customer service, the speed, the quality and turnaround that I'm fine with the extra I spent. I'm buying another car soon and they'll absolutely be doing my upgrade on that too.
