Their Brownsburg office is so friendly, they also work with you as far as payments go and are very understanding and willing to work with you in any financial situation. I love how they seem to work as a great team, it just flows so well with wait tiles and the next patients and how rotating they are to get everyone in and out but also with the best care possible. They are very gentle with the children knowing that its also their first time getting braces. Very patient. Our first experience at all star dental was wonderful! Very clean, welcoming and the office staff was great, even when we called they got us in right away. The back is awesome it looks like it goes on forever and it beautifully lit. The rooms are comfortable, chairs are new and very nice to sit in and they use covers for the head rest. I felt like the office was very well kept. Even the x-ray cover felt expensive and made me feel better protected. The Doctor was awesome she went through photo by photo of my teeth and showed me exactly where the issues are. Which was about 1/2 of what the previous dentist stated which was awesome and office me a three payment option which works out great for our family! They are funny and genuine and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from my experience there like how they recognize the bite from those little blue slips they have you bite on and how your bite changes in relation to your position (laying down VS sitting up). I suggest to go see them right away if you are not completely happy with your dentist. Right now they are doing free initial visit so there's nothing to lose! We just had our exams and cleanings done last month but we switched anyway because of the chemical burns and office asking me to call my insurance to see if they got the resubmission (not my job). Initial impressions were that the office is conveniently located, as well as sparkling clean with a variety of seating areas in the waiting room with refreshments and Wi-Fi provided. While teens are likely the primary customers, I think any adults wanting to correct their teeth would feel very welcome here as well. On our initial visit, we met with a certified orthodontic assistant who gave us a tour and took my son's initial X-Rays and photos. She was very friendly and established a great rapport with him, even though he's a shy 11 year old who generally speaks in 1-word sentences. :) She showed us a series of videos that explained that orthodontics isn't just about correcting appearances but correcting physical problems with the teeth and jaw that can cause problems later in life. We met with Dr. Johnson who was also just as friendly and good working with youth. He took time getting to know my son and explain what his treatment would entail. We appreciate that instead of starting treatment immediately, he advised us to return in 6 months to allow my son's adult teeth a little more time to progress. They were able to schedule our return appointment at a convenient time that fits my work schedule and son's school day. My son enjoyed seeing his name on the welcome board and enjoyed a fresh baked cookie after his visit. :)

Oh nevermind, it looks good." They also expected a 9yo to tell me what the plan was. We had already paid for our whole service time so we were stuck. She smacks and pops gum the whole time during consultations. She is unprofessional and rude. The scheduling is not flexible so be ready to miss a lot of school.
