He was engaging and informative. I could tell by our conversation that, not only did he have extensive knowledge of his work, but he truly loves what he does. Coupled with that, once the procedure began, I knew that I was in good hands. He had a light touch, constantly checking to make sure that I was okay. Such compassion and care is rare these days when medical people sometimes seem to just want to be done with you and move on to the next patient. While I was there I felt like I was the only patient he had. He was focused on me and spent time listening to me. The entire experience was excellent! It was timely, pain free and pleasant. This caused concerns because I wanted to begin Invisalign treatment but was unsure because I could not afford or wanted to travel back and forth for monthly Invisalign check-ups as I had been advised by a dentist office here in PHL. I expressed my concern to Dr. Ingram and team, and they set the best treatment plan to accommodate me and my services. By working together, they informed me that I did not have to be seen every month since Invisalign is self-directed. They gave me enough trays until I could be seen in person, and we got through the process on time and without hassle. Aside from the ortho treatment, the Indy dental design team is one of the best. When I had my bi-annual check-up for the first time there, they made me feel comfortable and just seemed happy to be there- thought it was 7 in the morning. The admin assistants are also very nice and accommodating with payments and answering any questions. I'll definitely be flying in for my next wellness check :).

Considering the circumstances, the office couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They make it really easy to schedule and they will update you via your preferred contact method. I was given all pre- and post-op instructions over text, which I much prefer to a phone call. Dr. Patel is amazing--he's funny, efficient, and really makes you comfortable in his care. Love him!
