I love our counters and cabinets. The installers used by this company were GREAT and really knew…read morewhat they were doing. Unfortunately there is a breakdown in management/ownership. We are nearing a year since the kitchen was installed and "finished" and some pieces have not been installed (under cabinet light rail and soft close mechanism for one cabinet door). Also, several doors and drawers need adjustment and/repair, which was supposed to take place when the light rail was installed. Bottom line: withhold some payment until you are completely satisfied and all work is complete. I did not. Also, we used a GC brought to the table by this company who I can not recommend. He was clueless most of time and definitely sub-par. This GC brought an electrician to the job who was nice and reasonable but left with one of the lights only working intermittently and now won't take my calls since he too was paid.

These guys ruined my Hunter Douglas blinds. If I could give negative stars, I would. I was scammed…read more They first offered me a discount on blind cleaning in exchange for a positive review on Yelp for a previous upholstery job (cushions); so I wrote a nice review. I regret it. No discount was given. Instead, they changed the initial blind cleaning quote to a higher quote. Not cheap. They were not able to put back one of the blinds properly. One came back with a big spot that was not there before. When I complained, they took it back and did not return it for weeks. I had to chase the owner who ghosted me and did not return my calls. I finally got it back. It was ruined: it doesn't close properly anymore. And now all the blinds that they cleaned are warped. How these guys have a license from Hunter Douglas to clean expensive blinds is beyond me. I reported them to Hunter Douglas. Unfortunately, they said they can't control quality from independent businesses. Big scam. I got taken by these guys and my blinds are ruined.

We've had the pleasure of working with Daniel and the team at Dali Home Design on two home…read moreprojects--and both experiences were outstanding. Last summer, Daniel helped us complete a bathroom remodel by providing stunning Calacatta marble countertops. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Daniel personally came to take measurements, listened carefully to our vision, and gave us a fair and transparent estimate. Within a week, the countertops were delivered and installed with professionalism and precision. This summer, we returned to Dali for an office update and needed a quartz countertop. Once again, Daniel came out promptly, took detailed measurements, and brought samples to help us choose the perfect fit. He kept us informed on the day of installation and made sure everything went seamlessly. Dali Home Design is now our go-to for all countertop needs. Their quality, professionalism, and customer care are unmatched

I became clear that based on the scope and dimensions of what I wanted to do that it would need to be a custom build. I started asking around on the neighborhood Nextdoor website looking for recommendations for a custom cabinet builder in my area. While there were a variety of responses there were several folks who referred me to "Mark's Custom Woodwork". One of them sent me a link to his website and after looking it over I sent Mark an email explaining what I was looking. Mark got back to me and we set up a time for him to come by for a walkthrough of the space so he could take some measurements. Mark's estimate was reasonable, and I agreed to move ahead. I knew going in that he already had a lot on his plate, but I was happy to wait the extra month or so before he could go into production. During the process he and I shared several emails going over the design and I found Mark very easy to work with. Once the cabinets and components were completed and finished, we scheduled an install date. It took two (2) days to complete the install and I am very happy with the finished product. The install was clean, and Mark's workmanship is excellent. If you are looking to have any custom work done, I would highly recommend Mark. The whole experience was very smooth and I would have no problem using him again.
