UPDATED: After my…read moreoriginal review, Josh contacted me directly, came out to inspect the driveway, and addressed the cracking concerns by filling the cracks and taking the time to explain his perspective regarding the seal coating materials that had been used by another company. While I was initially frustrated by the communication and felt my concerns were being dismissed, I do appreciate that he ultimately responded, came out personally, and worked toward a solution rather than ignoring the issue entirely. He also offered a reasonable option to repair the plow damage at the road and reseal the driveway. I still believe the initial communication could have been handled better from the beginning, but I also believe it's only fair to update my review now that an effort was made to address the concerns.

Another fantastic job by David and the team at Elite!…read more Cleared up a drainage issue, by grading and sculpting the mailbox area in front of our home, removed a dead tree and replanted a beautiful river birch. We also removed a large section of lawn (grass never grew well in the damp, shady section anyway) behind our home and replanted with perennials. Both areas look natural and are finally functional... This was Elite's fourth project at our home, following (1) a stamped concrete walkway and custom lighting, (2) a complete redesign of our patio along with a gorgeous fieldstone wall, clump evergreen bamboo screening, and a natural cedar arbor over a small natural stone retreat, and (3) a natural running river bed that provides the perfect nap background as well as looking like mother nature herself did the work. We have found that by listening to our needs and preferences carefully that the end product always exceeds our expectations. Does not get better than this!

It was made worse when a dangerous type of mold was found once we got down to the studs. Nurzia was AMAZING! From CJ helping me navigate the horrible and confusing world of my insurance company, to Rob PM'ing the job beyond every expectation, to the team going above and beyond anything I'd ever experienced before, Nurzia was there and they were on top of it. The only thing worse than renovating is repairing/restoration, and if I ever (hopefully not) have to do one of them again, I would be thrilled to have Nurzia take the helm. After dealing with several contractors who took weeks to confirm a site visit for an estimate and then NEVER getting back with a price, we called Sheeley upon seeing their ad in the Bluestone Press. Kelly got back right away to schedule an appointment with General Manager Steve, who came out and walked us through the process, giving a clear breakdown of pricing and answering any questions that arose along the way. Day of install, the crew was incredible - fast and precise with safety a top priority (ropes/harnesses etc.). Front and back of the house was draped with debris nets, protecting flower beds and siding during demo. Garrett, project manager and liaison between crew and homeowner, was very affable and kept us informed on the progress. By mid-morning the roof was off and ice and water shield was going on. By 5:30 the shingles were on and the yard was swept, even utilizing a wheeled magnet to syphon any rogue nails that may have landed in the grass. The charcoal architectural shingle with black drip edge looked sharp with clean edges, giving our home a more modern look while not breaking the bank. Sheeley offers an incredible decades-long warranty on their roofs, which is even transferable to future owners should you decide to sell. It's amazing to watch a crew firing on all cylinders and complete a project in one day - only wish we had set up a time-lapse! Hands down a great experience and we can't recommend them enough. Look around on your next drive and see all the Sheeley signs at the end of driveways - there's a reason for that!

Therefore, they had to remove the 3 layers, replace some of the plywood, and then replace the gutter-covers. They did a great job. They were very professional, finished faster than they said they would, and ended up charging us less than they initially said they would. One thing that really impressed me was that when something fell on a railing on our porch and cracked it, as soon as I pointed that out Sheeley agreed to replace it without hesitation, they went out purchased the replacement, and installed it without me having to lift a finger. When a company lives up to their mistakes like that it really shows their true value. These guys were not the cheapest option out there, but they were very well worth the extra cost.
