DO NOT COME HERE. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE BAD REVIEWS. (Two locations) The only reason why they have somewhat good reviews is because they offer 10% off of your order if you write how great they are. They failed to deliver $400 worth of vases to my home TWICE. I had to call and text the owner and he responded with "oh Im sorry I forgot." These are for my wedding so you can imagine the added stress he created. I decided to come and pick them up myself and when I did, they asked what was included in my order. I had to show them my receipt and they started scrambling around to find the proper vases. Mind you, this was 3 weeks after I ordered them and told me they'd deliver It all within the week. Im addition to being negligent and unorganized, they're way overpriced and so incredibly rude. I grew up in LA and Im used to mean people but this lady (aka the owner) was on a new one. As I walked down to michaels, I found the same vases for half the price. I wanted to cry. Moral of the story, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Roberts store was the only one who had an ATM which was great because I stumbled upon some amazing pieces! Definitely letting people from my area know to come by here. Fraudulent business practices. Dishonest. I came in for a vase after browsing his website, and found the item I was looking for in the store. I asked him why he said the price for the vase was $18.00 when it was $12.00 in the store for the exact item. He said it was because it was of a different quality, from China. And that it was SOLD OUT. Fine. I told him I would order the $12.00 vases online. He said that wouldn't be possible, that it would take over 2 months to get that item. As I walked into the next store, moments later, I refreshed his webpage and HE CHANGED THE PRICE OF THE VASE TO $18.00. read more

I run a plant Etsy shop (Prickled Pink Plants) out of Tucson, AZ and they've got great little pots for what I need. I have family in LA so I always make a trip every time I visit. This time I was running late and got there just as they were about to close. This was my last day in town before driving back to AZ, so I was so grateful that they opened back up just for me and stayed past their closing time to help me pick out what I needed, and were so kind about it. I came here to buy over 100 vases for my wedding . I placed my order and they asked me to pay in advance before receiving the items (this should've been my first red flag but they seemed honest ) I paid $1,000 for vases which then I received a text from the owner that they don't have the vases I ordered so I had to choose a second option . Which made me very mad because at that point I was running out of time . I came a week later to pick everything up and they still didn't have the candle holders I ordered and I was told to call them in 2 weeks (which would make that 1 week before my wedding ). I called them several times and kept being told they didn't have them yet , at that point I was already headed on a plane to my wedding. I stopped by the shop when I got back to resolve this issue - I didn't even care about a refund I just wanted the candle holders I PAID for. DON'T COME HERE. Robert is both a liar and very dishonest. And to top it off he's very very rude with no bedside manners? Who runs a business like this? I went in to purchase some vases I'd seen on the website and confirm with him 2 weeks in advance if they were available and I told him I only needed 6vases but he said the minimum was 7 vases for 7$each in an email. The day I arrived not only did he not acknowledge me , when I approached him for help he could care less and not show any interest. I told him what I came for and he disappeared without saying anything and came with a box .he brought out 7 smaller boxes and charge me for them. I was pissed already so I just figured everything is cool I'll just pay and never come back. But I had a hunch He didn't bother showing them to me or making sure they weren't broken so I check them out in the car.oh boy was I agitated.THEY WEREN'T the VASES!!!! I calmly went back and told him.the ASSHOLE knew all along!!! He said" they make them this way now but it's the same base" WTF!!!! How does that even make any sense??!! First of all they are not the the same if they were i wouldn't be wasting my time and 2nd he knew but didn't bother telling me or showing them to me. I saw some other ones I liked so I told him I'd like to change them. That's when I found out he's a FRAUD he sales everything individually no need for a minimum! He only had 6 of them and one of them was broken! He tried to sell me a broken vase! I wasn't having it. He didn't give me a refund for not having the 7 vases instead he basically forced me to take 5 and 2 of the similar ones! He just left them there for me to pack them up in boxes and bags them myself!
