I thank them so much because the reception is your first taste of a business and she is definitely a keeper! I even told her so!!

I get a voicemail around a month after visiting my doctor. Had to wait until the next morning to call back. The earliest appointment was 18 days out. I took it, they asked their questions, told me to fast at least 4 hours ahead of time. Day of the appointment? I drive just over an hour to get there. Have to wait while they were trying to look me up, only to hand me paperwork to fill out so I can make an appointment? Of course with lack of sleep, frustration, all the symptoms that brought me here. I went off; then took off. Only time will tell; and if my eyes are a new symptom? I'll be ending up in emergency way before I get a scan.

Call up billing, they admit tcvi cancelled/not my responsibility. 30 days later, same bill with collection warning- So now I have to get legal, asnd maybe stand outside their offices with FRAUD billing and let EVERY PERSON WALKING IN TO TCVI KNOW THEIR BS BILLINGS! Just hope that you don't need to return for a Dr. visit to discuss results and plan. The scheduling desk is non communicative with the rest of the facility and its protocols. I am having shortness of breath and have side effects from the meds I am on and the best they could do is schedule me an appointment 4 months from now. The Dr. wanted to see me 1-2 weeks following the test. Oh and I will run out of meds. They don't seem to care. Go elsewhere if you can.

Dr. Scott Koppel has THE worst bedside manner of ANY doctor I have EVER MET!…read more 1. He did not greet me at all when he came into the room. He came in, turned his back to me, opening his laptop and said nothing. I said how are you and he groaned. 2. I tried to break the ice by saying I thought I had been a patient about 10 years ago. He stared at me blankly and said tersely "you don't expect me to remember you, do you?" 3. He briefly looked at my injury, hardly touching my foot. Then he did an x-ray. 4. He then began to berate me about "non-compliance" because it had been 10 days since I went to the ER, I had been walking around on my injured foot and I smoke, which would make my foot heal slowly from the surgery . 4. His tone was insulting and superior. I was really shocked to be treated so shabbily by a doctor I had just met! He was treating me as if I had injured him in some way before I had come to his office! I left his office, almost in tears! I would NEVER let this guy touch me and I certainly would not recommend him to anyone else!
