Your payment representative allegedly provided inaccurate and incomplete information in an apparent effort to obtain payment. Before I made any payment, I should have been clearly and expressly informed that a subsequent increase in my VA disability rating could result in an additional fee. Instead, I was told that the amount I paid fully satisfied my obligation. The demand for an additional $2,000 only one month later directly contradicts that representation and raises serious concerns regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. This conduct reflects a lack of transparency, potentially misleading communication, and an unprofessional approach to billing. The sudden demand for additional payment, after I was led to believe that my obligation had been satisfied, is unacceptable and cannot be justified.

It's so frustrating as a 22 year Navy veteran who served with pride and dignity to have to speak to a foreigner about my service, some of which may still be considered classified. Trajector takes a huge chunk of your money and gives you poor, actually insulting service. I was told every single time that a stateside representative would call me back, 12 calls later and no one has called me back. I thank God I saw these reviews. I will look elsewhere for help. There are many companies who offer help with vet claims and have much better reviews and are much more affordable. I have done a considerable amount of research, be sure you do yours. It will be obvious the Trajector is one to avoid!

I put my preferred name on the form and said "please call me Ocean". They took my copay, and by the time that was done a nurse called for Ocean and took me back and got my vitals. Dr Cunningham saw me and quickly identified the right treatment for me and sent it to the pharmacy. My PCP referred me to Dr. Amy Nance at the NFRMC cancer center. I had no ideal of a treatment plan for breast cancer nor did I know what to except or what I was supposed to do.....but Dr Amy Nance did!!! My first appointment with Dr Nance was very informative and I was very much impressed by her extensive knowledge, which put my physical and emotional state at ease. I had so many questions about my diagnosis and what was going to happen next and she answered all of them; there was no time limit as long as I had questions she was going to stay in the room with me and answer all of them, she wanted me to feel comfortable with the treatment plan, which I was!! Dr. Nance became my PCP for my cancer diagnosis and treatment , she did all the referrals to the other specialists that were going to be a part of my cancer treatment team and those referrals were to the best specialist. Dr Nance is wonderful, she listened and understood my concerns and had solutions for them, which I greatly appreciated. Let me reassure anyone who is going through a diagnosis of cancer, if you want the best oncologist to treat you, I will always recommend Dr. Amy Nance. I will be forever grateful to her!!! #oncologist #breastcancer #gainesvillefl #flcancercenter

I said clearly I did not want to come here because of what I had heard about it. I was brought here anyway, and my husband did not even find out where I was until he called Shands and was told I wasn't a patient there. Once I was admitted, I was ignored every time I asked for help. When I pressed the call button, it was consistently ignored, and the one time staff did respond, instead of helping me, I was injected with Haldol against my will and told I was trying to leave. That was not true. I was only trying to find someone to ask why my husband wasn't there yet, since we had been lied to about where I actually was. I never tried to leave the unit. I did not want to be given anything from this hospital in the first place, especially given the sterile equipment problems this facility has publicly dealt with in the past. The food was inedible the entire time I was there. I could not eat it. Based on my own medical records, I weighed just over 163 pounds going in and 158 pounds three days later when I left. I lost over 5 pounds in 3 days simply because I couldn't eat what was provided, and I have the records to prove it.I asked every single day to speak with someone from Patient Advocacy. No one ever came. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, at a moment when I needed real help and safety, not neglect and force. I will be filing formal complaints with state health regulators and the hospital's accrediting body about everything above. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in crisis. I will be reporting my complaints with the appropriate governing bodies.
