Have to wait while they were trying to look me up, only to hand me paperwork to fill out so I can make an appointment? Of course with lack of sleep, frustration, all the symptoms that brought me here. I went off; then took off. Only time will tell; and if my eyes are a new symptom? I'll be ending up in emergency way before I get a scan.

This really hindered my ability to fully participate in CrossFit classes. I found myself taking more and more rest days and modifying more and more movements. I knew I needed to do something. I was very reluctant to try a "traditional" Physical Therapy Clinic. In my past, I had PTs and doctors tell me not to engage in the sports and activities I loved., that I just should remove them from my life. The end. I had a lot of fear that I would be told I shouldn't do CrossFit or lift heavy. But at this point, I wasn't doing those things because of my pain, so what did I have to lose? After my initial visit with Dr. Scott Eddins, I was beyond excited when he assured me he'd get me back to the activities I loved and pain free. He never once uttered a bad word about CrossFit or Olympic lifting. In fact, he gets it. He knows what that competitive drive or love for a sport does for an athlete and how much being unable to participate can affect a person's spirit. His number one goal was always to get me back to what I loved. And he did. Between my PT and Laser sessions I was able to slowly regain my strength and mobility. Each week I was racking up small "wins," things that told me I was on the right track and would soon be back to my old routine. When the brunette walked in she said under her breath, "that's a great way to start an interview." First of all, am I applying for a job here, or am i paying you for the physical therapy?? I'm paying "you", not the other way around. & my tummy hurt. Your therapist will stay with throughout your visits, not hand you off to someone else, so you have constant monitoring for doing your exercises and stretches correctly. Any time something starts to hurt, you are immediately to stop and tell your therapist. When your physical therapy comes to an end, you can sign up as a Wellness client. You can continue going there and using the equipment, with oversight by one of the assistants for just $10 a visit. I can't speak highly enough about the integrity and caring of the staff and the level of their expertise.
