There is no excuse…read morefor being seen by the provider, informed of the need of a prescription, the prescription can only be called to a specific pharmacy, then 4 weeks of no prescription. Front staff, namely Tracy, has no follow up, never calls the pharmacy, tells you the doctor has a family emergency with no end date in sight, and when you follow up after a month of grace, you are met with disrespect and a front desk staff who has no idea what is going on. Save yourself the headache & find another podiatrist that cares about your time, patience, and energy. I came back to add that the DR is also rude. I followed up and showed up to the office for an update on a prescription from 5/20/2026 (it is 7/15/2026) and it is STILL not ready. We arrived at the conclusion that this is clearing not important to do so we requested a copy of our records to go elsewhere and was told 'that's not how that works" and refused to give us a copy of our chart!
