I informed her that it had been a week without the meds and I was not pleased. A few days later I received a certified letter "Notification of Discharge" informing me that she would no longer provide medical care for me and to find a new doctor. He did the surgery on my left knee. And it had to have a screw put in, also. I saw him today for my 4 week checkup, it was all smiles and laughs. Oh what a wonderful feeling to know that your x-rays show that your implant is fine! And you're healing, progressing ahead of schedule. I know this is because of prayer! I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. They're rude and slow and expect you to wait for them, but they have 0 tolerance for other people not being EARLIER than the time they TELL THEM to be there. If you are supposed to be there at a specific time for their needs, THEY SHOULD SCHEDULE YOU FOR THAT TIME. Or at the very least put the "If you show up at the time we tell you to we will cancel your appointment and never see you again. Please show up 20 minutes earlier than the time listed in this text message. OR ELSE." I have never heard of a physician more concerned with the clock and their time than the patient. No wonder their parking lot was empty and their schedule was open. They clearly don't want patients.

The physicians have excellent knowledge and bedside manner (though I am far less impressed by the knowledge of the medical assistants and nurses). I would recommend this practitioner to anyone. There are snacks, current magazines, and books in the waiting room. The physicians and desk support staff are the best.
