Super convenient! Found them online after I curbed my rims twice in weeks....after having my car…read morefor 3 years. Anyone who knows me knows thats "the end of the world".....so I had to get rid of them eyesores ASAP. Anyway, they responded to my inquiry right away and provided a quote after I sent some photos. Price was reasonable...$255 for 2 wheels~normally $160 for one. They gave me a mini discount because my second wheel was not too bad. Guy came out and was flexible enough to meet me on some random street near where I was volunteering at. So basically while I volunteered, he fixed my wheels...talk about multitasking lol. When my wheels were done he texted me~maybe took an hour or two? Now let me tell you~my wheels were back to their original look...couldn't even tell where the damage was! They did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them again! Cheap & efficient!

These guys lost any chance at my business right from the jump with their arrogant,…read morecustomer-unfriendly approach. I sent in my photos and details on Monday. It took them 3 full days to get back to me radio silence until Thursday afternoon around 4:45 PM. Then, out of nowhere, they demanded a deposit within 15 minutes (had to pay by 5:00 PM that same day) or I'd lose my appointment slot for Friday. I was stuck in rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles no way I could handle that on the spot without risking everything. You make a potential customer wait 3 full days for a response, then hit them with an impossible 15-minute ultimatum during peak traffic hours? That's not customer service; that's pure arrogance. They used the $50 deposit to lose a customer instead of giving time or more options to pay since I waited 3 full days to even be contacted. You don't build long-term value by treating people like this. You make your money from repeat business and referrals, not one rushed sale that alienates everyone. All this did was guarantee I'll never come back and actively pushed me straight to your competitor, which turned out to be a way better experience. He was responsive, professional, no pressure tactics. All anyone has to do is look on Yelp: the guy who is second with 718 five-star reviews is the one to go to. There's a reason you multiple accounts with reviews: the inconsistency shows. One bad interaction like this costs you a customer forever and now a negative review that future people will see. How you treat people matters just as much as (if not more than) the product or service. This experience screamed "we don't value you until you pay," and it backfired spectacularly. I wouldn't choose this brand even if the work was top-tier. Think hard about pushing rushed deposits on people you've barely spoken to, reviews matter, and this one is loud. 1/5 stars. Steer clear if you value basic respect, reasonable communication, and some flexibility after making customers wait days.

Messaged…read morethem Monday morning and asked them if they can repair my wheel and they responded timely. They said I could bring the car in right away. After a few hours they responded and they were able to fix the bend in my wheel for only $150. Same day repair is amazing and they did their job quickly and efficiently! I couldn't be happier. Thank you again for the help and getting me back on the road.

Lol Then look no further because Metalworks is your go-to stop shop. Not only have I commissioned their work on my Tesla X and BMW X5, but my hubs has also gotten his F150 done too..look for his review! Fausto really hooked it up and provided excellent service. They truly did a durable finish (covering any scratches I accidentally made on my rims), with precision application and long-lasting protection. No one can ever tell that I powder coated them vs buying expensive rims. It was totally worth the value! The power coating also makes the rims sooo easy to wash & clean. The water legit just runs off of it. I 10/10 recommend this tire shop for your dressing needs ~ to give your car the glow up that it deserves. Will definitely come back for my future cars. P.S. Reply to Santa Ana's reply…read more Why did SA say they sent me another wheel before I filed the report with eBay? How about the check that was never sent to me? How about the Zelle that never happened? There are photos and proof on the google reviews that show you do this to a lot of customers. How about refunding my $600+ purchase since you have my money and the wrong wheel you sent me? How about posting the tracking from the second wheel SA supposedly sent me? Your lies are probably costing you a lot more money than doing the right thing. Go read the google reviews with photos. I would be real careful doing business with this company. It seems it's been lie after lie with them. I finally had to file a complaint with The Attorney General's office. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Santa+Ana+Wheel+-+OEM+RIM+SHOP/@33.8551649,-117.8938506,17z/data=!4m8!3m7!1s0x80dcd66f98ce3461:0x95b15a0558113411!8m2!3d33.8551649!4d-117.8912757!9m1!1b1!16s%2Fg%2F1tjv3tlq?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDQxMi4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D I purchased a front Mercedes AMG wheel on Dec 8th from Santa Ana Wheel on eBay. The wheel they sent me was a different wheel that didn't fit the vehicle. I reached out to them via EBay Messenger and they stated they would send the right one and to ship the wheel back with their packing slip. They never sent a second wheel and couldn't provide any tracking info. I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.
