This was a fun experience. The family enjoyed the sweet treats! The desserts are very good and generous in portions. The price is a little on the higher end, but the end product it's good. I read the reviews about how long it takes, when we ordered the order taker said that it would take about 25 minutes. According to the reviews never right ...... yelpers are so RIGHT. Took 50 minutes, this is fine if you say that it will be 45 minutes, but when you say 25 minutes and it takes 50....it becomes a little frustrating. So the 2 stars is for customer service but the ice cream was a 4 The crepe is good and enough for two to share, perhaps add mor bananas and strawberries if your gonna share. the mangonadas are really yummy but extremely over priced. Their elotes lack flavor and i have not tried any of the other items. The older ladies that work here are EXTREMELY rude. They are never friendly or give good service they act like you're a burden. The one instance that comes to mind that turned me off from returning was on a busy day I ordered 2 mangonadas that were almost $25 & I had my dogs in the car. My order was taking a while but since they were busy I waited patiently & almost 20 minutes passed so i went to check on my dogs in my parked car. While i was checking on my dogs they called out my order & since I wasn't inside the building they let another customer have my order for free. Once i came back inside i followed up on my order & they said they called my name & i didn't pick up my order so they gave it away. I was in disbelief because i was away for max 5 minutes. They did not offer to remedy the situation I had to tell them to either give me a refund or remake my order because at this point I had been waiting for near 30 minutes. Amazing, 5 stars & the staff is super nice. The nacho's are so awesome, I'm hooked on the Fresca Watermelon drink & my kids love the ice cream rolls. The desserts & food amazing, the wait time was not that long, this place is awesome! Highly recommended, you will be amazed by this place. This place is an awesome idea! I love these types of ice cream shops...but this one is dirty & run down (stained/dirty furniture, scummy windows, broken floors, etc). If they had a better building, I think they could probably be more popular! These treats are HUGE (we take the toppings home to enjoy another day) and about $20 each. It tasted good, looked even better, service was good & shake was delivered quickly--despite the horrible YELP reviews (I timed the 6 people who came in after me and we all got our order in 5 minutes or less). One of the lady's was putting her hand in her mouth while making my order eating from what was left of the bag of my order then she proceeded to fool around and drop some of my order on the floor and was grinning like it was funny. purchased one rolled ice cream for my daughter and it took 50 minutes for them to make it. they didn't even clean their anti-griddle because there was peach in my order. I had an Oreo rolled ice cream. if you wanna waste an hour getting something maybe this is the place to go. hard pass. Find somewhere else to go. Really cool idea. Very pretty Shakes. We ordered the cookies and cream freakshake and s'mores freakshake. Flavor wasn't great. It wasn't real ice cream which was shocking. Total cost was $22 for two shakes. Will maybe go back if we have company in town, but not really a place for our love of ice cream. This place would be perfect if they reduced the menu and they added more workers to the back. (Wizard of Oz, behind the curtain, Oz workers lol) We ordered 3 ice cream items and it took about 70 minutes. Perhaps they were under staffed due to covid or perhaps they were overwhelmed. The rolled ice cream was average at best. (Cut that from your menu) Add the meal pictures to a paper menu vs the wall. Staring at nachos and shrimp cocktail when I came for ice cream is confusing. The fruit sculptures were impressive!! The Oreo shake was worth coming back for. Reduce your menu. Add workers. Then this place will make it. I hope this place makes it. Pros: My husband got the Strawberry Lychee slushee and it was really good. It was refreshing and I would definitely go back for that. My mother got mint choc ice cream in a crepe- she said the ice cream was delicious but the crepe was chewy, not really fluffy and she didn't eat it, not really worth the $7. Cons- my sons and I got strawberry rolled ice cream, it had zero flavor. I didn't eat mine, another wasted $7. They told us it would be a 25-30 minute wait for our items which seemed long, but they were busy so ok. We waited outside at our car and a solid hour later we finally got our stuff (our order per the receipt went in at 6:40 and we received our stuff at 7:35 and 7:45). In addition to that the shop inside was so hot, they had a fan running but I don't think they use AC, or if they do it's up super high. It was really uncomfortable waiting in line and then an hour after that outside waiting for the order. All in all we may go back for the slush if they get their ticket times straightened out, but I was underwhelmed. I get that the point is to have these epic and elaborate ice cream creations, but it's not worth it if they don't taste epically good! Now I've witnessed and heard some terrible things about this store and the Springdale store as well. This company is not as nice as they pretend to be. They actually treat their employees TERRIBLY and I've watched it with my own eyes. I've heard alot of the employees mention their boss skipping on their payments which is ILLEGAL as can be. I've noticed that The way they handle their cash transactions are illegal, and the fact that they are paying employees over the counter as well, but I'm not going to get into that much detail Because it's not my business. The first time I went it was really fast. The second time I went I was there for more than an hour waiting on just ice cream rolls. People that came after us got served before us and they got something that takes way longer than ice cream rolls.We told them we have been waiting for a long time and they didn't do anything about it. Finally someone came up to us and asked us what we needed and prepared our order.Only come here when it's not busy or your willing to wait a long time.
