We have been to 3 Crazy Berries a lot and usually had a great experience, but we haven't been in a few years because of the Pandemic (avoiding buffets and self serve) but went back tonight. Walked in and there was no staff, a lot of the stuff was out or almost out. We got our cups and stood at the front counter for about 3-5 minutes until finally one of the giggling teenagers came out and said "Sorry" wrong us up and then went back in the back. We waited a few minutes because my daughter had to use the restroom, while waiting the two teenagers came out and started counting tips (which there were not much of) and complaining about not getting any tips. But if you are providing no service then you won't get any tips. Overall it was not a good experience, I literally could have walked out with my Froyo and they would never know. They used to have a very sweet girl named Clairie that worked there but I guess once she left no one else stepped up. read more

I have lived down the road for 6 months and I just found 3 Crazy Berries! So frustrated that I didn't know they were here before, they are that good!! Of course that's probably a good thing because I would have eaten all of their FROYO if I had known haha. I got the white chocolate moose (my favorite) and my husband got the Oreo topped with all kinds of candy. Shop looked cleaned and orderly, some flavors were out but it wasn't a big deal for us, and I love that they offer free filtered water. We will definitely be back! read more

Amazing ice cream treats! We first found this place when someone brought some 3 Crazy Berries to my father when he was in the hospital and now we are hooked! My favorite flavor is the Salted Caramel Pretzel, he loves the Tahitian Vanilla and we like to try the new seasonal flavors too. The place is always spotlessly clean and the staff are super efficient and friendly. It's easy to make a quick stop or if you have more time the iPad bar is stocked with fun app games. There were more than enough toppings and frozen yogurt flavors -- I'm pretty basic, though; give me vanilla or cookies'n'cream and let me go to town on the toppings, and I'll be a happy bear. What a great place. Lots of toppings candy, syrups, fruit, and nuts. Great place to take a kid, they have I pads located around the place with games like Angry Birds and the like to keep the kids busy and entertained. My only complaint and this is pretty petty is that they don't carry a ton of "normal" flavors. They have about 12 or so flavors at all times, and rotate them constantly. I would assume that they have 30 or so total flavors to rotate in and out. But when there are two white chocolates and no chocolate or vanilla, it strikes me a little odd. This place is fast, and cheap. Worth the time and effort if you want some Frozen Yogurt. I'm not sure how they stay open with such a small profit margin and the obvious overhead that they have(including the location). I'm pulling for them though... read more

I don't remember the last time I had frozen yogurt! But we came here the other evening and it was fantastic! I had the yellow cake mixed with strawberry and it was amazing! The perfect combination of sweet and fruity! The combination of yellow cake and strawberry allowed me to get any toppings I wanted! I got the boba, Reese's, cake pieces, and some fruit as toppings! Since moving on the East side of Fayetteville, my husband and I have enjoyed going to get some self-serve froyo after dinner. As we were opening the door tonight at 8:59, the lights turned off. I asked if they were closed for the night and she said yes. We even checked the closing time before we left home and everywhere online said 10pm. I understand closing early, but refusing business to someone that's walking in the door as the lights are being turned off was a little rude. read more

I love this place. Whether I'm bringing the kids in for a treat or just cooling myself down in the summer heat. My favorite is the low fat and non-dairy options since I'm lactose intolerant and I love sherbet types. The tiger's blood and tropical froyo were the best for me, and the popping bobas are why I keep coming back. You can't get it anywhere else. The staff is always friendly as well. their froyo is good but the boba / bubble tea sucked. It was expensive, small and mediocre. I first got a jasmine mango milk tea with tapioca- it was mostly milk and barely flavored. the tapioca was very old and mushy and gross. I asked the cashier to remake it, she was nice and made a jasmine tea with popping boba. There was no actual tea or flavoring in this drink, only warm milk because they had no ice. Love this shop! We surprised my coworker with the strawberry yogurt with fresh fruit on top for her birthday and she was in heaven. The Alaskan moose tracks and the butter pecan were both to die for as well! Only negative was how far out of the way it was for us since we are clear across Fayetteville on the other side of campus but it was definitely worth the trip for such quality yogurt!!
