I spoke with Chris, who treated me with amazing respect and professionalism and took time to answer all my questions. I knew from that conversation that he could help my mom get her stove. So I sent her there. He did in fact help her, though she ended up keeping her existing stove for other reasons. But the experience was amazing. The morning of the scheduled day some random person calls leaves a mumble quickly spoken message. When I called the store I was told they would have the repair person call me back. He did not.
