Terrible customer service.. bought a battery. It never worked. I tried to work something out and they wouldnt even exchange.

Bought some of their flavor of the month for May and the stuff burnt up 2 new coils. Went to the store and they were aware of the problem and offered a free small bottle of juice . I needed new coils so they sold me some . So now I am out the price of a large bottle of juice and the price of two coils. It wasn't worth it to me to argue the point get all angry about it so I left the store. Lesson learned. I found a place on line I can order all my stuff from at a better price ,I just have to plan ahead. read more

Hey I enjoyed a nice visit while finding some new flavor to vape at Vaporific... Helpful knowledgable manager (Elizabeth), with the help of another got me set up with two new blends to enjoy. I appreciate being schooled as I am new to vaping (almost two months no smokes... YEH!!!). We definitely will do business again... Thanks Elizabeth and friends. FYI the store is approximately 1 mile south of I-30 on Summerhill Ave., Yelp puts the store address right off I-30 on the wrong side of Summerhill. See you again at Vaporific..! read more

I LOVE Vaporifics I especially love that you can order online since I'm not always able to make the 30 minute drive but it is well worth it for the eJuice is awesome! Hard to say what the best flavors are since they're all so good, but Papa Smurf is probably my favorite! I would like if they offered online specials. It's a really nice vape shop. read more
