Lengthy Review: Juice is made to order with ingredients by request on the spot. It's always made quickly as well. 5/5 Staff is knowledgeable about their products, mods, batteries, juice, etc. 5/5 They have a more lenient return/exchange policy than the manufacturers of their products do. The only reason for this is that they are very nice people. That.... is pretty great. 5/5 The space itself is a very large room, there's comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and a coffee machine. I don't see any of that being directly related to buying ecigs or their accessories - but they are there. If you like that sort of thing, boom.. there you go. They give you honest and in depth opinions - often negative ones as well - which is the hallmark of good business. Ex: "These perform better, but people say they don't last as long. These last longer, but people complain about the performance." This lets people like me, the customers, make actual informed decisions about everything. From the juice we vape to the wicks in our tanks. There is no reasonable basis for giving a place like this anything other than a 4, even if you wanted to be hypercritical. They do exactly what the business SHOULD do and they do it well. If other 1 star comments read like advertisements for other stores/websites it's because they probably are. I have not been paid or compensated or whatever for this review. I find their prices to be comparable to the best websites out there and sometimes cheaper (especially when you consider shipping) and they are just... doing a good job. Can you get different deals online? Probably. If you can, go for it. But when it comes to ordering juice, there is nothing like the comfort of being able to SEE the process and know exactly what is going into your vapor. Cheers. read more

Vapor Trail was the first place I went to in order to learn about e-cigs. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and when one of them do not know an answer, they do not hesitate to ask another employee for the answer. They are suprisingly open about the ingredients used in their "juice" and I was please to see just how natural it was. What some reviewers are seeing as poor customer service, I viewed as family. No I am neither related to nor affiliated with them other than I happen to be a customer. They can be bold and brash, and this is because they are treating you like their own family. I can say this only because I have come across them at community events with their friends and family. So be prepared. They treat everyone who walks through those doors like a brother or sister, and you may view some "sibling rivalry". You have been warned.... I'm fairly new to vaping, and Ive had a great experience every time I've stepped foot into vapor trail. Getting into e cigarettes can e very intimidating. There are so many variations of ecigs out there and they know it all and can point you in the right direction. The atmosphere in the shop is laid back and fun but the are all about business when it comes down to their product quality and thier and reputation. After trying juices from other shops I also feel comfortable saying that they also have the best juice in town, the VG, and flavor combinations this shop puts together are superior. read more
