One of the younger workers here tried to fight me while I was in the store because I called him out for getting aggressive with me. He also tried to lie to me about the products and so I mentioned I am not a new vape user. Then he got even more aggressive with me and got in my face. All I was trying to do was get a vape juice that was clearer in color so that I wouldn't need to replace my coils as much. Then the older guy (don't know his name) with the beard kept making some real bad decisions by being sarcastic with me. The guy that became aggressive with me is very lucky he didn't choose to assault me though (big mistake as I am an Army Veteran who fought in the Iraq war, as young as I look) The young guy would rather try to be a gangster than offer some bare minimum customer service. I've been going here for a while because it is close but I would take the drive somewhere else if I can avoid being provoked and threatened by someone. It's just not right!

Seems you are a liar as well! Sad that you want to double down on your employee's lack of integrity by displaying your lack of integrity yourself. The funny thing about this all is that I have bought old product from the store (literally expired by a month) and I didn't even make a fuss about it at the time because I would prefer to avoid conflict. I just wanted to go in and buy some vape juice this time that was clear and not browning (you know, fresh) and after you guys made a big deal out of it, I said to you guys "I think it is a reasonable request") and your employees instead "belittled" me. Saying you've been "vaping for 5 years" implying that I'm ignorant about vape juice. What they told me about the nicotine causing browning is true (although age of product and product oxidizing from light is ALSO a cause!).
He chose to open up boxes to look when I clearly told him that I didn't want him to have to do that. He chose to ignore that request much like he ignored my original request of wanting to get a CLEAR vape liquid. I literally didn't want it to be a hassle. That's his own fault if he's butt hurt for having to look for something for literally a mere couple of minutes anyway. It's clear he may have some anger issues. I literally pointed out that your employee was being aggressive with me and sure enough, the proof was right in front of everyone when he tried to get in my face in an attempt to provoke a physical altercation with me. (can't believe you would actually try to justify that!) He's very lucky he didn't follow through on his threats. One of your employees even had to hold the dude back and said "This isn't the way we do things around here." So obviously you should have put your guy in time out. You just want to project and try to flip what he did on to me rather than owning up and being honest to everyone here about what happened. Do you not understand that making excuses to justify someone trying to cause physical harm is not a good look? Seriously? I should have taken a photo of the smirks you guys were giving me so the people reading this get a good look of what I was dealing with. You say I insulted him, and I'd like to know what that insult was because you are literally making that up. In fact, wasn't I the one who tried to diffuse the situation? "Let's just start over" (something you should consider doing in the future)
Believe who you wish, but don't be too surprised if you have a similarly terrible experience here. Fair warning.
