I'm brand new to vaping…read more I went to their sister store first, and they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock. The woman there was friendly, helpful, and called this location for me. They had it, so she sent me over. When I got here, the gentleman behind the counter -- I'm sorry I can't remember his name -- was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He had what I originally came for, but took the time to answer all of my questions and help me compare several different products as I kept changing my mind. He pulled multiple options out of the boxes, explained the differences, and gave me his opinion without ever making me feel rushed. I ended up buying something completely different from what I originally came in for, and I'm glad I did. I even tried to price match the item to another source I had seen elsewhere. When he checked their price was already cheaper. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and very fair pricing. I'll definitely be coming back here for anything I need related to vaping. 5 Stars

With all the people that they see she remembered details about us from the first time we met her this was absolutely the most amazing thing. After looking around the store and buying some juice and some new coils. I threw away my husband's rda part of his subtank. This was all done about 11 ish this morning. After all day I just realized that the rda was gone, calling hoping that they hadn't taken out the trash yet. Jeremy was totally awesome he dug in the trash (knowing that there was a broken tank and tons of glass) to find the rda portion which he DID. Awesome customer care!!! Thank you a million Jeremy

Came in two days later and the girl behind the counter was very rude didn't seem to care about her job and just wanted to watch her tv show. When she gave me my product I realized the bottle she gave me had been open when I got home and had to go back to return it she asked if I dropped it?! She reluctantly took the bottle back and gave me a new one in a different flavor which was also opened when I inspected it before I left the shop. With great attitude and sas she has now made me dislike this shop. Scooter did a wonderful job, but this chicle needs to learn some customer service!!! Came in today and the owner of the place wouldn't take back an unopened sealed product in fact he opened my box and then gave it back opened and said sorry can't take returns!!! Screw his place spent like 300 plus dollars and this is how they treat loyal customers!
