There's a great vibe to this spot, especially with the leather chairs and sofas in the center of the main room before the front entrance, which also has a front patio area for smoking outside -- great for social distancing. The owner and staff who have served me are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. They are more than happy to offer suggestions if I need one or looking for a particular style, length, or gauge, and the type of leaf and wrapper. There is plenty of parking behind the plaza by the cigar lounge's back entrance, where you can waltz in and start looking at the various selection on the endless shelves of tobacco wrapped goodness. This Smoke Inn location has become my go-to for picking up good smokes by my preferred brands.

Inside, the lounge is a walk-through cigar humidor, full of purity and wonderment, wonderment and purity. There are shelves and shelves of various cigar brands, produced in different wrappers, sized in different lengths and gauges. They have my favorite go-to brands: Padron 1964 Anniversary, Illusione, Ashton, Oliva Serie V, and many, many more. I applaud their cozy leather easy chairs that you can enjoy a smoke and a glass of wine or water while whatever sports match plays on the main TV. Additionally, their outdoor patio facing PGA Boulevard has both table and chair seating and patio chair seating with firepits. It's quite magical and mystical in the same sitting. Parking can be found in the back by the rear entrance of Smoke Inn without worrying whether you're going to have trouble finding a space. Given that it's close to Panera Bread, you can go and grab some baked goods if you're feeling snacky before enjoying your smoke. Plus, it's walking distance from Spotos and The Cooper restaurants. Well recommended for any cigar smoker that enjoys a good stick, while... wait for it... contemplating existence and socializing with others.

I spend $200 a week on juice and gear, and I feel I should have gotten more respect than a half -hearted "let me know if you need anything" greeting. I'm taking my business somewhere else, and haven't looked back. The assistant manager publically disrespected me on a local FB page, then private messaged me and continued to harass me until I had to block him. I wouldn't have known he was the assistant manager if he didn't willfully tell everybody after publically shaming one of his customers.. For the owner: If your asst. manager is fired, or resigns in the future, let me know so I can edit this review.

He asked me what I was looking for, and I named a good deal of brands/sticks (such Tatuaje Avion, CAO OSA Sol, My Father, Quesada, La Palina) that he said he was unfamiliar with. The lounge area they had reeked of cheep cigars. However, the humidor was kept well and the few cigars I bought (mostly Rocky's) were in good shape. I don't want to give the place one star. The guy behind the counter was trying to be helpful, but he was out of his depth. This is an ok place if you're in the area an need a quick cigar for the golf course or after lunch at one of the places in the shopping center. If you're looking to restock your humidor I'd go to one of the other nearby cigar shops. I'll go back in a few months and see if its improved any.

He guided me in the right direction to where the cartridges were. Jason came over and answered some more questions that were helpful to me. I purchased a delta 8 cartridge and so far happy with it. Jason and David helped me on my mission today and this store comes highly recommended by me. They are easy to talk to and even offered some samples for me to try other products.
