After quitting vaping for a few years, then getting back into the trend as nicotine salts became much more well known and easily obtained, I decided to give Smoke Zone one more try. Initially, my experience was excellent. A woman by the name of Cassie gave me great advice on which nic salt disposables were the best for flavor, bang for your buck, and length of use. In addition to having several solid suggestions on choices, she didn't spare any detail when it came to answering any questions, and ensured me all of the disposables her owner purchased were not counterfeit. Her kind and charismatic persona left me feeling like I could rely on Smoke Zone for all my smoking needs. Several months and several hundred dollars later, I was still coming back. I always made it a point to come in when Cassie was there, as I'm sure many of you know, disposables ' quality and authenticity are constantly changing. At one point, a young man working there suggested I purchase a non-disposeable vape, which unfortunately didn't work out for me, but I'm sure he was being honest with his suggestion as this is his go to device (he would be smoking it nearly every time I came in and saw him working). Then, about a week ago, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an employee, from any store. This employee's name was Taylor. Taylor was the "night manager", at least this evening. His attitude and body language screamed "I don't care, leave me alone, buy stuff or don't buy stuff, have a nice day". Taylor was, actually I should say IS, the epitome of a bum. His combination of extreme laziness, infantile behavior, and beyond rude comments made him, literally, the worst possible employee in any given business type or position. Taylor not only gave me some of the worst advice on my non-disposeable I had purchased (despite my welcoming personality and my attempts at trying to relate to him, which was seemingly impossible), but took it several steps further. After only 10 minutes and $40 (spent) later, Taylor told me I needed to contact Cassie and he didn't know what else to say. More specifically, I remember him telling me word for word, "That's not my problem" after I had nearly begged him to help me with the several issues at hand (a counterfeit vape I has just bought minutes ago, an unusable device I had spent over $100 on in the past couple months, and a simple question asking him the brand of Delta 8 they sold). He quickly stopped helping completely, acting as if I was not a customer who had just thrown down $40 in the past 10 minutes. I truly hope this reaches as many of those looking for a quality vape shop as possible - you deserve better. This young man's, or teen's, attitude was simply unbelievable. I feel terribly sorry for Cassie for one, who has always gone above and beyond to make sure the customer feels they are choosing the right store - and then you have this punk. For the owner - As a business owner myself, I highly suggest you find other help - Taylor is the type of human being that can single handedly bring down (at least) the majority of your business. read more

She pulls out this dirty tub filled with tobacco, then with her bare hands grabs tobacco and puts it in another dirty container to put on the scale. How unsanitary. He said I wasn't allowed to touch the merchandise so I was not able to really look it over. He gave me little to no instructions on how to charge the item, usage info, NOTHING! He sold me an Ooze for $25.00. It has since "died" since I was charging it incorrectly (mind you the box states nothing on how to charge properly). My wife smokes vape cigarettes and this place has a really great amount of options. She goes there to get various parts for her pen that she uses. I unfortunately did not have the same experience. I went there to get a pen for my cartridges and told them exactly what I was looking for. He gave me some clearances item that did not work and when I came back they said they didn't do exchanges. Well you do them when your product does not work from the get go. I asked him to change to something that was just I could screw the 520 thread into and smoke it I said something very easy. So he gave me this square box contraption, didn't explain how to use it and I came home and burnt my pre-filled cartridge which is a lot of money. I went back to try to get them to exchange it again for something that would actually work with mine, but because there was nothing technically wrong with it they wouldn't take it back. They may know their stuff for the tobacco vapes, but they do not know their products aside from that. read more

Staff are very friendly and I'd rate it 5 stars if you were able to test the vape juice before buying but I still find myself coming here anyway. It's worth the gamble because they have an awesome selection of vape juice and the staff give great recommendations. Prices for coils are some of the best around in Jupiter which has a very limited selection of stores. Most stores in Jupiter seem to carry the exact same selection but this place goes above and beyond. If you've seen it online they probably have it. I'm not into the other side of what they do but I can say they have a l decent selection of glass pieces if that's what you're looking for as well. It's a bit hidden from the road but I'd definitely recommend anyone go. Only good vibes here. read more

They tricked me several times with their "return policy" which they will not honor. They sold me juice that ruined my vape. I went to smoke zone today for a new supply of coils for my vapor modular the girls kassie and Kasey were both very helpful they replaced my coil in modular and also applied a little bit of juice on the coil before use to stop it from burning since I was in a hurry to vape and didn't want to wait the recommended 20 minutes soaking time ,and to kick it all of I received a nice little Christmas bag for storing the coils ,Kassie also used her own vapor to get my coil saturated,great customer service they both went out of their way to make it a pleasant buying experience. read more
