I took it back to the store in less than 24hrs and man were I hugely disappointed! The requests I made were very sensible, they were either: 1) Repair it, 2) Exchange it, 3) Refund me. They said nope can't do any, we will refund you only 65% of the original price and take the bong back from you because you used it, and btw I was the one who honestly admitted using it for one hit only, although I cleaned and dried it really well, there were no traces or smells left whatsoever, and I could have kept that piece of information to myself. I refused to give it back to them and settle for less than the full price because I know they will put it back on the shelves and try selling it to another customer. I kept trying to reason with them in the most logical way but nothing, in the end the guy chased me out of the store and told me he has work to do and I was wasting his precious time, I asked for the Manager's number he said cannot give it. I was very disappointed at their lack of professionalism. If there are negative stars I'd give them. And again avoid them at all costs!!! I vape too, and I believe I dodged a huge bullet here.

When I asked for an explanation, I was advised that the $5 difference is for a new duty, and the salesperson pointed towards a sign in the store stating this levy would be charged on any item that has a sticker on it. Since this was barely half an hour after I made the purchase, and the products were still in their original packaging, unopened, I asked to simply return them. The salesperson stated all sales are final pointing at a sign that stated 'all e-juice sales are final.' I stated I didn't buy e-juice but disposable vapes, and was advised 'it doesn't matter, all sales are final.' The associate then called the store owner, Rob, who wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise because he was upset about having to run his business on his birthday. For some reason, the owner, Rob, started talking about not being able to return underwear either instead of letting me return any items when I stated the signs in the store don't state I can't return disposable vapes, but actually specify only e-juice specifically. I'd never go back here again (after having shopped here for almost a year) because the owner/staff can't keep the signage straight, and won't even try to resolve any issues. I say this because won't even try to resolve any customer service issues because after asking Rob to let me actually speak instead of talking over me, Rob told me 'no amount of begging or pleading is doing to change anything, before hanging up.
