Ok, the secret is out,,, I am a Vaper. Twisted Coil Vapes is little shop nestled in the corner of a small strip plaza on the west side of Laird and Winston Churchill. When you walk into the place be prepared to hit with a cloud of vape! HOT BOX'n!! lol. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The have sampling station for all the E-juice they carry. Price on juice range from 16 to 60 buck. The also have some nice machines there. I forgot to use my Yelp 10% discount. Damn meds! I love the Ruthless E-juice. 25 buck for 30ml. Grape Drank and Rise (Lychee and Melon Mix). If you want to chill and vape, they have a nice seating area with large sized tables and seats. Check the place out! It's a big shop. It needs a little more life. Some music or something it feels a little stale in there. OBVIOUSLY we are not at a vape shop for the aesthetics however if you plan on "hanging out" and having a good time then i think it comes into play. - Prices are average i wouldn't put them at the top or bottom of any list. - Testers at the time i was there were not good... very ohm ... i couldn't get a good read on what i was tasting - Juice selection was limited but that can always change - HOUSE BRAND Juice - Its on par with something you find at a flea market... in quality and packaging. PERSONALLY if it was $10 i wouldn't feel to bad.. but its over priced so you might as well buy premium Nice people though. They will get better I am sure if you are in the area i would go. If there is any other shop between you and this place save your gas money there are no stand outs. read more

Great shop. Lots of different brands and flavors to choose from, they even make their own stuff. I purchased one of their flavors and another brand. Both great. Good selection of devices, and really knowledgable people there. This is my go to shop from now on. read more

Last night I bought a bong from them…read moreand after the first hit I felt something was off with it, I cleaned the bong and found out it had a manufacturing defect as shown in the photos. I took it back to the store in less than 24hrs and man were I hugely disappointed! The requests I made were very sensible, they were either: 1) Repair it, 2) Exchange it, 3) Refund me. They said nope can't do any, we will refund you only 65% of the original price and take the bong back from you because you used it, and btw I was the one who honestly admitted using it for one hit only, although I cleaned and dried it really well, there were no traces or smells left whatsoever, and I could have kept that piece of information to myself. I refused to give it back to them and settle for less than the full price because I know they will put it back on the shelves and try selling it to another customer. I kept trying to reason with them in the most logical way but nothing, in the end the guy chased me out of the store and told me he has work to do and I was wasting his precious time, I asked for the Manager's number he said cannot give it. I was very disappointed at their lack of professionalism. If there are negative stars I'd give them. And again avoid them at all costs!!! I vape too, and I believe I dodged a huge bullet here.

But much to my delight, it's become my favourite vape shop in Durham. They have a HUGE selection of e-juices, with sales going on all the time. It doesn't always mesh with my favourite flavours, but the prices are so affordable that it really doesn't matter. And they customize the nic levels in the e-juices so you can get exactly what you want. Plus, the staff remember faces and greet you the next time you come in, but in that chill, laidback way where you feel part of things without it ever being too nosy. Only downsides: -coils are expensive :( -the tester e-juices are a) not always available to try out, and b) come in cheap little pens so there's hardly any flavour to suck on. But thank you to the guys for getting me on London Fog's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - sooo good!

Twisted Coil vape shop was the second vape shop i had been to and i was quite glad i decided to check this place out. It was a little hard to spot out in the plaza it is located in but i was able to find it after taking a sharp look at the stores headings. the owners of the store are genuine people and are looking only to make your vaping experience fun, safe, and enjoyable. From the leather couches, to the flat screen tv, and free wifi. this place has some awesome extra comforts for your time in the shop. They have awesome prices over all, and notably for entry level starter kits, as well as the rest of you over all basic vaping needs. Their rebuilding section could be a little larger in terms of different atomizers and mech mods. but what they do have is quality rebuilding gear even for the more experienced vapers out there. To top all this awesomeness off they have a sweet juice bar with a list of all their flavours they hold. along with the list is a labeled basic clearomizer and drip tip overs so you are able to try each and every flavour in the shop! To my pleasant surprise i liked 85% of the flavours i decided to try. If you are the dripping type they may even let you drip some of the flavours to try it on your builds! Overall an absolutely stand up and positive experience every time i enter the store. I am certanly proud to call this Vape store one of my local hangouts. If you are looking for a Vape store to check out or are new to vaping entirely you MUST check this Shop out! read more

Can't say enough good things about this place and these people. Want a solid no BS B&M that is owned by people who actually know what they're talking about? This is the place. I purchased a couple bottles of juice and they threw in a third for free...gave me a free drip tip on a clone that never originally came with one.. The owners seem like down to earth honest people and this shows with the prices of their products...not inflated 400% like some shops I've seen. A place that is informed, friendly, and doesn't try to take advantage of uninformed newbies? 5/5 guys. You're doing it right here, keep it up. read more

I am very impressed by this store, they have a great selection of everything you could possibly want. Nice selection of mechanical mods, variable mods, RDAs, tanks, and all the other gear you would possibly need. They also have a great selection of juice from Canada and USA; I highly recommend trying Red Beard Juice Co. The owners and very nice and EXETREMELY knowledgeable; if you have any questions they can point you in the right direction. The prices are fair, and somethings are priced really well. I always prefer to support smaller shops when I can, unless there is an online deal I can't refuse. read more

I just adore this place. It has a very down-to-earth vibe. I've made new friends with other customers easily there, because the owners are so friendly that they create this sort of atmosphere. It is family run and owned and it shows in their care and customer service. I love their house EJUICE with "Melone" being one of my top five. They also carry a ton of other high quality EJUICE. I highly recommend it. I go in when I am on call for hospital emergencies somethings just to decompress and I always leave happier and calmer for it. Check them out!! Wow the service and knowledge was outstanding. Thank you Johnny for your time and patience. After having a bad experience at another local Vape Store, that just sold me stuff without understanding my needs and left me with a feeling that I may never Vape. Well Johnny at Twisted Coil changed all that. I am now comfortably vaping and looking forward to quitting the 2 packs of smokes I go through everyday. When I had a problem with one of the items, I got a fast response to my email, and were more than happy to help me troubleshoot the issue without having to go back to the store.
