    If I can give this franchise a 0 rating then believe me I would. This is one of the worst stores…read moreto go to buy your Ecig needs. They are extremely rude, have no sense of customer courtesy and don't care about pleasing you a single bit. They are so dry to a point where the employees will lie to your face . They don't honour their warranties and their return policy is as fake as the grin they put on their face when you walk into the store. I even tried talking to the franchise owner to help me and he couldn't stop using the f word over the phone. I don't care how wrong a customer is a which I wasn't, you Don't use profanity with them. My problem was as simple as buying a product which was a ZMAX Ecig from them. The fire button was jammed right out the box. I called not even 10 minutes later to let them know and they said bring it back. I brought it back and had they stocked another one, I would have replaced it for exact same one but they didn't have anymore. I ended up buying a CLOUPOR which is a whole different model which 2 weeks down the road started to have computer problems and not displaying correct battery life. Went online and it's a KNOWN PROBLEM. Went back to the store and produced my receipt which obviously had to show my previous switch. Now I don't want to switch for same model because of the known problem. Keep in mind I'm dealing with same ahole everytime i go. Now he's looking at me like I have the problem and not the device. He's building the idea in his head that I'm just not liking the devices and switching them up even though they displayed the problems. He said he wants to keep my device all day with him and smoke using it to see how often it happens and if it's not that bad he won't replace it. How often do you readers go to return something to Walmart and they tell you they need to keep it all day and test it as thought you are lying to them? I said no you know what dude, last time I returned the ZMAX , you were told by your manager to give me 2 bottle of liquid for inconvenience and you didn't and I didn't demand it. I'm not taking you guys for a ride so don't you do that to me. I'm telling you the problem so are you calling me a liar ? He said he needs to call manager to see what can be done. He sat on the phone lying to the manager about the device saying he sees nothing wrong with it, that this is my second time switching , didn't bother to mention it's a known issue with the cloupor. I'm sitting there telling him while he's talking to the manager to mention these things and he wouldn't. Basically he is trying to get the manager to turn me down. The manager said to ask me which device i want to switch it for, I picked one that was even more expensive after looking for half an hour. He calls back the manager and the manager said no I'm not switching it for anything . So why make me go through that pain if regardless what I wanted you aren't going to switch it ? I asked to give me the phone so I can actually explain the truth to the manager without brainwashing him . He refused. I used my cell and called the number of the store because apparently all the stores have same phone number and they all route to franchise owner. Talking about control eh? Anyways , I explained everything to him and he's all like what the f us your problem man Brining me back devices and costing me f ING money? I'm taking a hit because of you a hole. I'm like really? Aren't they warrantied? And even if they weren't and didn't have a problem , your return policy says 2 weeks refund and not nothing else . So technically I should be able to get a refund if I wanted one no problem. After cursing the crap out of me, he agreed to let me switch it but on basis I take more expensive one , and the words " cannot return for any reason snd warranty not applicable" get written on new receipt for new product. So basically now I have a warranty less device thanks to him and his worthless employees . Steer clear of this place and go to canadaejuice.com and buy your products there, your order arrives in 2 days and it's sooooooooooo much cheaper, they are in Oshawa Ontario but trust me when I tell ya that it's worth it and you won't regret it.. They honour their return policy with pride and also their warranties. They've even told me blaintly when I first wanted to start the Ecig and leave smoking but was hesitant to invest in one and not like it m, they said buy it and use it, if you DON'T LIKE IT THEN JUST SIMPLY RETURN IT. In my eyes, that is a business worth visiting and giving my money to. They grew in size and still care about their customers.
