I had an extremely awful experience with this shop. I purchased a bong online on a Saturday because…read moreit said it was open, but it was not. I called Monday for a refund. Tuesday I called to confirm the refund was processed and I was told that it had been "processed yesterday". Six days later I get a notification saying my return had been processed and a refund has been issued. After checking my bank, I called them to let them know that I STILL hadn't received my refund even though I received notification that it was just processed and I was informed it would take a few days to receive it as it was just issued. This is when I asked the employee why he would lie to me and tell me it was processed last week and he completely denied telling me that it was. I will never shop here again and I will never recommend it to anyone. I was dismissed and lied to by the staff and manager. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
