The staff was super friendly and helpful and it made the experience so much better. It seems like every time I go in there they have a new promotion going on so I've got to try a bunch of new products (I got a bunch of VEEV products included with my purchase) instead of just sticking with the same safe flavours I always get. The manager even offered to place a special order for me since I can't seem to find the coils for my old SMOKE machine anywhere. Really a top shelf place! (They also recently brought in cannabis products and I honesty can't find glass that cheap anywhere online).

They also sell smoking/rolling papers that are made out of tobacco (blunt wraps), paper, or organic self-sealing material, also in many different flavors, such as cognac, chocolate, mint, and blueberry. The store is very small. I've only ever seen one, maybe two, people working at the counter. The man that I see there the most is pretty standoffish, but knowledgeable and generally willing to help. You can usually find whatever you're looking for here, though don't expect to find a very good bargain. Prices are very high, especially for hookahs and bongs.

I'm never a fan of upstairs downtown locations with a staircase to climb, there are no extra additions to this store it's pretty bare bones, no extras like flags or t-shirts, it's just got the basics no frills nothing fancy, the staff are a little more knowledgeable then your average head shop employee. The sad thing is that this business has only been around for a year or two and they're already telling customers that they can re-stock their inventory because of the poor Canadian dollar or they can't stock accessories because their supplier wants a ridiculous amount for a minimum order, these were the excuses I received when I wanted to spend money and/or wanted product, I've been turned away more than I have purchased. It's unfortunate when small businesses suffer when they are run inadequately and become unsuccessful in a small period of time.
