The juice is made in front of you by the workers in a friendly manner, the verity is vast with combinations of flavors you could only dream of. There is no prejudiced if you are new to the vape community at this store, they will take you step by step into process of quitting smoking if you so choose, and in turn, will show you what you will need and how you can accomplish your goals. Last April (2016), I wandered in to CloudCo, being that they are the closest to my house. I knew nothing about vaping, so they took time to guide me through all the different products, and gave me a great primer on the technology and techniques, and provided other useful tips and advice. It's no big secret that their juice is of the best quality and flavour available. In fact, they actually custom-make your juice for you right there on the spot, thanks to their in-house lab at the rear of the shop. Their commitment to quality is not only limited to their juices either, as that same level of quality is reflected in their staff as well. They truly are a great group of guys! I've checked out a number of other vape shops throughout Ottawa and Gatineau, usually because I've suddenly ran out of juice while driving from one job to the next (I'm a senior home inspector) and I need to quickly pickup a bottle of juice from whichever nearby vape shop Google navigates me to. Among the various shops I've frequented, I have noticed that some vape shop employees can be somewhat "snobby", even a bit condescending, particularly to newbies. In fact, I've even come across a few who were downright rude, including one who actually rolled his eyes at me once for having forgotten that PG represents "Propylene Glycol"! All that being said, the guys over at CloudCo happen to be the nicest guys I've ever met in terms of vape shop staff, and they put the "vape shop snobs" to shame. They are as passionate about vaping as they are knowledgeable, and they have always been happy to impart their knowledge to me, despite my "newbieness". I'm always greeted with an energetic hello and a smile when I stop in to pick up some juices, and I always end up sitting at the vape bar to chat with them for a while. I was particularly impressed on my last visit, when I went to order another 120ml of my favourite flavour, Czech Mate. I suddenly couldn't remember the name of it when I was placing my order. Yet, to my surprise, he actually remembered what my favourite flavour is and already had it down on my order card! That made me feel good, like I was an important customer and not just a number to them. In conclusion (assuming you actually read this far), if you haven't checked them out already, do yourself a favour and stop by for a visit. The environment alone is worth the visit. Sit at the vape bar and sample some flavours, have a chat with the staff and the patrons, order a soda and watch some Netflix on the big screen. You may just forget that you're in a shop and feel more like you're relaxing with the regulars at your local pub!
