Looking at reviews for several local vape shops, it's clear that many of them are small businesses…read morethat aren't exactly run like "tight ships". I would assume this place is no different. However, I think many of the negative reviews you see at various vape shops are likely overdramatized. I've been vaping forever, so I can't relate too much to new people looking for advice. However, to those looking for a place to stock up locally, this place was able to get the job done for me. Simple transaction: I call ahead asking if they have Horizon Falcon M1+ coils. Guy says yes. I show up 20ish minutes later. I would've bought 10 boxes, but they only had 4. No biggie! I ask to take all 4, and ask if they happen to have Aspire Breeze NXT coils. Despite those being tough to find recently, they DID have 3 boxes. I take all of those as well. Dude was friendly... said "Glad we could help you out with these. Sorry we didn't have more." I say "No worries, I'll just do the same thing and call ahead next time I need to restock." Again, simple. Was it as cheap as the online vendors I used to purchase from? No. Was I expecting it to be? No. Was I expecting a small independent shop to carry a buttload of one specific coil? I had some hope, but no I'm not surprised they only kept a few boxes of my favorite crap around. Frankly, I'm just glad someone keeps a decent supply on hand so that I didn't have to run all the way down to my last coil, and I didn't have to drive to the other side of the city either. After calling 2 other west side shops and hearing them explain how they didn't have squat in stock, I'd call THIS transaction a success. I'll be hitting them up in a few months to hopefully re-stock to a larger degree next time. No theatrics, no drama.

After researching the brand (RA Royal), I became concerned about possible quality and health risks. I went back and tried to talk with the staff calmly, but they refused any refund or exchange just because I had opened and tried it. I expect vape stores to sell products that are safe, transparent, and lab-tested, not ones with vague or unverifiable claims. Disappointed by the lack of accountability and support when I raised a legitimate concern. I won't be returning. If you're shopping here, do your own research before buying anything, especially expensive items. Not all products are what they seem.

After taking a moment to browse the sheet, I named a couple that piqued my interest. The gentleman behind the counter tells me that they don't have anything I'm asking for. Understandable. I then ask for which juices he does have available. He never answers my question and points behind him to multiple drawers with small font, which I have a hard time seeing. He never bothers to actually inform me of the different flavors. Maybe perhaps he could have recommended ones that are popular, his personal favorites, maybe even offer me a sample to see what my friend might like? No way! Rather, he starts drilling me on what I vape, after I make it clear I'm just looking to get some as a gift. Based on his attitude, I can't imagine he's looking for a purchase from me so I save myself from his confrontation and leave ASAP. Overall, this is just a trashy place with a sketchy vibe.
