I've been to their store a few times. Service was always nice and professional. But I tried to order from them online and ran into a problem. Unbeknownst to me at the time, they had just changed their website and my order ran into an issue. I called up their warehouse and we narrowed down the issue. Soon after I got a call from the owner Ryan. Keep in mind that I never lost my temper, things happen, that's just life. He was very apologetic about the issue and went well out of his way to make sure he took care of me. The customer service from him and his employees was spectacular. I couldn't ask for a more professional vape shop. Even after the trouble we ran into, I can say without a doubt that THESE GUYS HAVE EARNED MY REPEAT BUSINESS. I finally went to Vape Dynamiks after at least 3 friends recommended it. I was blown away by the massive selection of high quality juices. The guy helped me choose a new sub ohm battery and atomizer and i even got a student discount. And they invite you to hang out for a while, unlike a certain place on Baxter St where they actually tell people to leave. I will be shopping here from now on. they will actually help you if there is a problem with anything. The guy there had just started and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me and the other customers there.... priming my coil for me and building coils for others' RDA's. excellent customer service.he went way above and beyond, which is more than i can say about some of the staff at the other place, who turned me off of them forever when they sold me an indisputable counterfeit and refused to even give me store credit towards a genuine product, and told me to leave. read more
