The goofy looking guy with the nose piercing is so rude to the other employees, and there's another guy there who resigned from his teaching job because former students outed him for being a p*rv*rted freak (sf standard wrote 2 articles on it). I was lucky that the store wasn't as busy as usual, and I didn't feel bad taking all the time I needed. I finally decided to get the Couldsurfer Max, which had the maximum cushioning. (I hope this newer design won't trap small rocks in the bottom like their own design.) The staff honored the 10% off code I received via email for my birthday. Nice shopping experience, and I'm happy with my purchase.
